My husband had to have two root canals and was very nervous about the procedures. The staff was so nice and made him as comfortable as possible. They let me stay in the room and I was really impressed with Dr Thomas. He was friendly and took time to explain the options and procedures. His assistant Tara was super helpful also. My husband said he felt absolutely no pain and is happy with the work. No one wants a root canal but if one is needed, Dr. Thomas is the doctor you should have do it!!

I recently relocated to Alabama from Albany, New York. A day after I arrived, I broke a piece of my back tooth off. I went to the dentist who recommended a root canal. No way, I thought. I would rather lose the tooth. I have always thought root canals to be the scariest of procedures. I was recommended to Dr.. Thomas. Who, by the way was the friendliest person I have met in Alabama to date. When I arrived,I was given an ice pack and a cold bottle of water. My husband was offered coffee or tea. The dental hygienist held my hand as I was in tears. I felt NO pain. After 30 minutes I was told your all done. I couldn't believe it. My pain was instantly gone. I was given Advil and a bottle of water. They even filled my meds at the office and gave me another ice pack for the road. They just called me ( next day) to see how I was feeling. I have never written a review before but want everyone to know what an excellent doctor Dr. Thomas is. I have a son in med school and I pray that he has as good a bedside manner as Dr. Thomas. They really care about you at this establishment.

Awful experience. I had to have the tooth Dr. Thomas did a root canal on removed a month after he worked on it. I was only refunded half of the 735 dollars. I highly recommend you find another endodontist if you are in need of this procedure.
