I had first experience with this office quite a few years ago, I did not use them because of the reason a customer said below - they try to be sneaky on the charge. I just want you to be prepared to have charges in addition to what you are told, one way or the other. For example, they have 3D X-Ray of $250 for each new consultation and this is NOT covered by your or any insurance. The "tricky" part is they do not tell you when you make the appointment - 1-2 month(s) ahead, they call you 1-2 day(s) before the appointment and let you know about it - you know why. And this will not be the only time during your whole treatment, they add additional fees on top of the rate they give you at one point. So overall, do not expect the office to be 100% up front, if you hear a number, be prepared to add 10+% on top. If you are ok with that, Dr. Clements is very good.

My 9-year old was referred to Dr. Clemens to have an extra tooth removed. When I called to schedule the evaluation, they gave me a heads-up that they would need to do a CT scan, told me the amount, and that dental insurance doesn't usually cover the scan. So appreciated! At her evaluation, my daughter was nervous, and the staff did a great job helping her feel better. Dr. Clemens reviewed the CT scan, and because it provided a 3D view (as opposed to her dentist's 2D x-ray), he was able to see that the extra tooth didn't pose a danger to the roots of her other teeth & didn't need to be removed. We were relieved to hear this and really appreciated his honest approach. Thanks!

I was very anxious to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Clemens was amazing! He called me personally a few hours after I left the clinic to make sure I didn't have any questions and to see how I was feeling. My husbands got his removed as well a year ago. Highly recommend!

Dr. Clemens and his staff are so friendly and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed, they explained finances in depth before scheduling and all post-op instructions were explained both at the consultation and following the surgery. We are very grateful to have found such a compassionate office.

I received exceptional care and customer service from Dr. Clemens and his team. Starting with the initial exam and procedure scheduling, the friendly office staff was terrific with scheduling, estimating procedure costs and calming my nerves about the prescribed procedure. During the procedure, Dr. Clemens skillfully removed my wisdom tooth and a non-cancerous small bump on my inner lip quickly, as comfortably as possible, and successfully. Following, I've had no post-procedure complications and the affected areas in my mouth have healed beautifully. I highly recommend this oral surgeon.

Called to get some information on an extraction and the receptionist was rude and short with me. She didn't help me at all so I called another place. She interrupted me and kept saying she didn't know my coverage so she didn't know. You lost my business.

I really liked Doctor Clemens. He kept me out of pain during a extraction. But the problem l am having is the extraction silte is infected and l am having problems catching anyone in at the Forest Grove office. There are no posted hours and l don't know when they are in. It's Friday at 3pm and the office is locked up until Wednesday. Now l will have to deal with the infection for another week. What a pain in the...... Mouth this is.

I really liked Doctor Clemens. He kept me out of pain during a extraction. Dr Clemens is good but be very careful! They tried to charge me 500$ extra! And the office people care more about money than their actual patients!

Dr. Clemens extracted two teeth for me yesterday. All things considered, it was a great experience with no pain during or after surgery. I would describe this as a non-event and I couldn't be happier.
