My wife, Patti, and I have loved all of the time we have spent here in Big Bear as part-timers since 1991. And we were thrilled to become permanent, full-time residents in 2013! We have come to know many wonderful people here in the Big Bear Valley over the years through our community and church involvements. I am now especially excited about being able to serve the families of the Big Bear Valley through the practice of the profession that I have loved for nearly forty years. I am committed to providing high quality dental treatment delivered in a professional and caring manner. Honesty, integrity, quality care and compassion are the character traits which I strive to cultivate in the dental students I am privileged to mentor each week at the dental school and these are the virtues and character qualities which guide me each and every day in the practice of dentistry. Can't say enough great things about Dr Noble. I went to another DDS. That extracted a tooth I ended up with a dry socket.The other DDS want to do a ridiculous and expensive procedure. Dr. Noble created a solution that relieved an unbearable pain and helped heal the dry socket. with little to no cost he also help my wife with a serious infection. He is and will be our family DDS , for life .We are more than grateful and truly cares about all his patience.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Noble and his staff. I have been in unbarable pain for the last 4 days with x2 Molars. They were able to take me in and remove them in the same day. Jackie (the assistant) was Amazing and treated me like a son. The Receptionist / Assistant was very nice and caring. And what to say about Dr. Noble. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. He was Kind, Caring and understanding. He talked me threw the entire process. Absolutley NO PAIN WAS INVOLVED, and Im saying this as a person who is deathly afraid of needles, hospitals and dentists. I felt absolutley no pain once or ever. Im home now laying in my bed almost in tears from the relief. If I could give Dr. Noble and his staff 100 stars I would. Highly Reccomend. I will not be going to any other dentist...ever. Thanks Dr. Noble and staff!!!

So very thankful for Dr. Noble and staff! I'm visiting Big Bear and woke up with horrible tooth pain and swelling! I called a few dentist around and no one was able to accommodate me, but Dr. Noble took me in! Quick and easy and very affordable. So very thankful for him and his staff!!

Dr. Noble is absolutely the best dentist I will ever have. I have never been so comfortable in a chair in my life. I had my wisdoms pulled and he really did his absolute best to keep me comfortable throughout the entire process and communicated with me step by step. Normally I do not like to know that is gonna happen next but it was okay this time. I love the entire staff at this office. The ladies are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you for taking such great care of me as I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist. You all made this experience so much better and I will no longer be scared of getting my teeth worked on. It brings me to tears of joy. I can't describe the gratitude and relief this office has brought to me.

Went to Big Bear for vacation & ended up needing dentist for my 10 yr old son. I found Dr. Noble by web search & took a chance. What a great dentist! He took care of my son's toothache & followed up the next day via text message. My son has a great tooth display box Dr. Noble gave him to show off the tooth! After I took my son to see Dr. Noble found out he also teaches at Loma Linda.I will definitely go back to Dr. Noble again if we need a dentist again while on vacation.
