Dr. Palmer has been in practice for 38 years having graduated from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1981.He completed the Advanced Level Program in Esthetic Dentistry at Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in 1997.He practices family and cosmetic dentistry as well as orthodontics.
Dr. Palmer moved his family to northeastern Arizona in 1999 and is beginning his 17th year in his Eagar practice.He and his wife Donna have homeschooled their four children and stay active with all of their activities.They both love the quiet and lower stress living of Eagar.

Really outstanding! I was VERY impressed. From the warm greeting by the receptionist, to the very professional and personable hygienist Jana, to the kind dentist Dr. Palmer, my first visit was very positive. The clinic is very clean and comfortable, they offer a great program for patients without insurance, and they clearly explain procedure costs in advance. I was surprised by the quality, given its small-town location... but trust me, this is a first rate Dental office. Thank you to Dr. Palmer and his Staff!

Doctor Stephen Palmer is one of the top dentists in the state! I've experienced extensive dental work from him (& his staff) & I dont think anyone, could have done a better job! I am very pleased with the services that he & his staff provide & we're all very lucky to have him right here in the Eagar/Springerville area. I highly recommend Round Valley Smiles!

A big thank you to Janna (??) - The dental hygienist. I have some sensitive teeth and she did wonders. I couldn't even feel the cleaning!! A big thank you to everyone.
