Dr. Stephen Larson received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Oregon Health Sciences University. The following year he completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Hospital in Palo Alto, California.
Dr. Larson pursued his two years of graduate training in orthodontics at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California where he received a specialty certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree. Dr. Larson is a board certified specialist in orthodontics, having completed the examination process by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Wilma works as a scheduling coordinator and the first to greet you when you enter the office and will do so with a warm, welcoming smile. Wilma loves seeing all the patients and their families come into the office and will make sure all their concerns are attended to.
Lisa joined our practice in 2002 after beginning her career in 1997 when she became a Registered Dental Assistant. She feels that is it very rewarding to help children and adults achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.
Henrry has been working with Dr. Larson as a contractor in a varity of capacities forover 20 years. When heis not at work he enjoys spending time with hisfamily, playing with his kids, biking and playing soccer.

Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.
Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!
Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help provide a quicker treatment time.

Dr. Larson is a very good Orthodontist. I was so happy with the result when I brought my eldest daughter with crowded teeth... now she's got beautiful teeth and smile . Now, my younger daughter is next... can't wait to see when her braces will be remove. And oh... staff are amazing as well...nice and friendly

Dr Larson and his team were very helpful in providing the best care and solution regarding my teeth situation. I had gotten my braces done here over 10 yrs ago and recently had to come back to get my retainers fixed. Dr Larson and his team were very thorough in helping answer any questions I had and was very clear and upfront with cost and my concerns.

Dr. Larson and his team, from front desk staff to his assistants, are professional, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and friendly. I can't say enough wonderful things about their professional and friendly interactions with me (and all patients), giving me feedback every step of the way throughout our orthodontic treatment. I was referred to Dr. Larson to replace a bonded permanent retainer with a broken wire. When he was removing the permanent retainer, he drilled through the enamel of two teeth and created pulp exposures. I experienced pain for weeks and had to spend thousands of dollars on restorative dentistry to repair the botched work. Would not recommend.

I just recently got my braces off and my results were amazing. I am so happy! To begin with I was a very difficult case with an over bight, and very crooked teeth. Dr. Larson provided a detailed treatment plan and what I could expect in term of my results. Wilma and the rest of the team are very friendly and personable. I actually look forward to my appointments and chit chatting with Dr. Larson. He is super nice and has a great sense of humor. Now that my braces are off I am wearing aligners as part of my treatment plan for minor adjustments. All I can say is Dr. Larson is a perfectionist with years of experience and I attribute my beautiful smile to his expertise. My results were beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Larson.

My daughter had overcrowded teeth and she seldom smiled because she is so shy to show her teeth. After searching for an orthodontist, I picked Dr. Larson. And I'm so glad I did! Dr. Larson was very professional and the staff are friendly and accommodating. My daughter finally has a beautiful smile. And because of that my other daughter is also under Dr. Larson's care! Dr. Larson and his team made me feel very special every time I visited. Dr. Larson was especially generous, tireless and patient with closing the spaces between my teeth and fixing my bite so that my upper and lower front teeth would not collide anymore. My dentist suggested I get that fixed in order to save my two front teeth. I am very happy with the results. My teeth look good and now I open my mouth when I smile for pictures. The assistants here and the receptionist are also amazing. They made me feel like a superstar. And when I heard them interact with other clients, I realized they treat everyone that way. I highly recommend this practice for their expertise and the comfort I experienced throughout the process. I would never want to work with a different orthodontist team.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Larson and his staff! They are absolutely amazing and did wonders with my teeth! Never thought I'd smile so bright as I do today!
