I went in for an Invisalign consult and I couldn't have had a better, more pleasant experience. The staff--from the front desk to the X-ray tech to the woman who runs billing-- was warm and wonderful. Dr Grussmark was bright, friendly, and engaged. He asked questions, listened, and was patient in answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed. And the added joy? They were on time. Even with a late day appointment, they got me right in, no waiting. I searched extensively for a trustworthy orthodontist in Miami and, so far, am happy I landed here.

He saw me last month and had no idea who I was today or what he has told me. His notes only mentioned I paid in $1200 full and I had to summarize for him what his consultation summary notes ought to have included last time. We are back to square 1 so I don't recommend at all!

I had traditional braces, and they were pretty uncomfortable. Anyone who has them knows that it's not the best experience. All this changed after a friend told me about Dr. Grussmark and Invisalign. I went for it, and in just 6-months, I had the smile of my dreams.
