Highly recommend Dr. Sam and his team to anyone who wants nothing but the best! My teeth were heavily stained, and his team turned them pearly white. Everyone was professional and made being at the dentist a breeze.

Dr.Sam and the staff are the wonderful people ever. I called for a painful tooth ache , Diane helped me so much getting in. She even called my insurance for approval . I got in minutes .Dr. Sam is awesome made sure i was comfortable . He called today to make sure i was doing good. Best dentist i have had . I would recommend him to anybody. A great team.

Dr Sam is one of the best in the business. No other doctor has made me feel like family. Like most people I am not a fan of the dentist. I am no longer nervous about going to the dentist. If you need a dentist please do yourself a favor and call them.

I went to see Dr. Sam and he was nothing less than amazing! I had gone to a dentist before him that told me I needed work that I didn't need. He made me feel like a patient and not a dollar sign. He and his staff were kind and knowledgeable . I had issues with my insurance and 3 staff members were all helping solve the issue at the same time! I already referred a few friends and family members and they are all happy with Dr. Sam as well. The office itself was clean and well decorated too.

Dr. Sam is the absolute best dentist! I've been seeing Dr. Sam for over 5 years. He's very passionate about his career and is proficient. In the past, I was afraid when visiting the dentist, but that changed after seeing Dr. Sam. From start to finish I feel relaxed and the experience is pain-free. My bilingual father is one of his patients as well. He always comes home smiling and feeling well taken care of. Dr. Sam also takes excellent care of my 5 year old son. He is extremely patient and caring with him. My son looks forward to seeing Dr. Sam and has zero fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Sam consistently ensures his patients are well taken care of and the process is pain free. Overall, my family and I are beyond happy to have him as our family dentist. With that said, I confidently recommend him to others in search of a dentist.

My husband has been going here for about 15 years and I started seeing him after we got married five years ago. Every cleaning we've gotten has been professional and when we both needed to get our wisdom teeth out, the care we received was perfect after being referred to Oakland Oral Surgery. I came in for a routine cleaning today and brought my three year old in for his first dental visit. I can't say enough positive things about the dental assistant, Ms. Mara. She made it fun; she encouraged him to open his mouth like an alligator, and then to chomp down. Everything she did, she explained it to him in age-appropriate words. She cleaned my teeth before doing his and was telling me what I should say to him to help calm his anxiety (not that he had any because she was so great!). Dr. Florkowski and his team are the best! We love Diane too - we appreciate her formality and professionalism!

Was happy with their services when I had expensive private insurance, but they do not accept medicaid, so even though I'm a returning patient they will not see me. It says a lot about a healthcare provider when they turn their back on you in your time of need.

Lost my original dentist,as he retired, Dr Florkowski far exceeds my first, and since i'm older than him, hopefully he'll be in business a long time, I'm glad i found him.

Dr. Florkowski, I am truly in Awe with your rules that wasn't told to us customers in writing or on the phone. You charge a fee of $40 if you cancel the appointment on the same day or if you try to reschedule. I was not aware of your fees. I have asked the manager Diane i believe that's her name and she said "it is written in our office and our appointment cards". Well I have been there 1 time last year for 20 minutes and I have not seen it. I don't have no paperwork or statement that i have signed saying i agree that if i cancel or reschedule my appointment I will get charged a $40 fee. Why don't you explain this to the customers to the people when the staff calls to confirm the appointment or when making the appointment? Why aren't we aware of the fees? You have to be in the office to find out? Please fix this. This is not right! People need to know these things without being in your office to find out.

Very frienfly staff. We have been with this dentist for 20 some years. We just love him and his staff.
