I graduated from Meredith College in 1992 and UNC Dental School in 1996. Before opening my practice in 1998, I worked at Murdoch Center and completed one year of associateship in a private practice. I was born and raised in the Carolinas and have enjoyed living in the Triangle since college. My husband, Greg, and I have two sons, Jack and Ryan. I have truly enjoyed my over twenty years in dentistry. I am proud of our practice and my wonderful staff. In my time away from work I enjoy surfing, exercise, reading, live music, time at the beach and spending time with my family.
I was a dental assistant for 18 years at the UNC School of Dentistry-Dental Faculty Practice in the Prosthodontic department. Upon leaving the department in 2000, I entered the Dental Hygiene Program at Guilford Community College in Jamestown, NC. I graduated and completed the dental boards in 2002. The career change has been a positive influence in my life. I am married and we enjoy caring for two great dogs Tanner and Cole. Other activities include music director and pianist for Little River Presbyterian Church; also gardening, exercising and reading.
I was born and raised here in the Triangle area. I graduated from Jordan High School in 1971. I have two children and three grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family, church activities, basket weaving, scrapbooking, and flower arranging. I joined Dr. Jenkins staff in June of 2004. I have enjoyed working with Dr. Jenkins and the staff and meeting the patients.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982 where I received a B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene. My first job was at Murdoch Center in Butner, N.C. where we treated mentally and physically handicapped patients. Since then I have worked in private dental offices in Wilmington, Raleigh, and now Durham. I am a native of North Carolina and currently live in Chapel Hill. I am married and have three sons. I enjoy church activities, gardening, running, reading, watching the Atlanta Braves play, and spending time with my family.
Born in Trenton, NJ, and raised in Cobleskill, NY, I moved to North Carolina in 1980 and am currently living in Durham with my husband Ron. In 1997 I graduated with honors from the Dental Assisting Program at Alamance Community College and have been working with Dr. Jenkins since that time. I have a son, Jason, who is a Horticulturist at Sarah P. Duke Gardens. Some of my hobbies include: cooking, gardening, walking, traveling with my husband and spending time with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. I am active in the Durham/Orange Dental Assistants Society.
Maria joined us in May 2021. She is originally from the Philippines and has lived in NC for 21 years. She brings 16 years of dental experience. Maria enjoys making our patients feel comfortable and at ease. When she has free time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and 2 daughters.
Brandi joined us in July 2021. She grew up down the road in Chapel Hill. Brandi has 8 years of experience in the dental field and enjoys learning new things every day. In her free time, Brandi enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.
