Going to the dentist is not a place you look forward to going, but coming here was great. The staff is friendly and yet professional. Starting with Jessica at the front desk, she welcomes you and gets you started for your appointment. Louisa took my xrays and she was patient and made me feel at ease. Dr. Soto takes her time to ases what is needed and then makes her recommendations. And can't say enough about Katie. She did a deep cleaning and not once did I feel pain. She made conversation and explained everything she was doing. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this place. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Great people very nice and polite, specially Jessica the receptionist. I changed over to them a year ago and they are honestly my go to Dentist. I would recommend to everyone who is looking forward to switching over to their office.

My two children and myself have been obtaining dental services from Dr. Soto for several years now. She's honest, caring, lovely and tender to the touch. She's extremely knowledgeable and professional. She wont suggest what you don't need, unlike previous dentists I've had. I'm a single parent and Dr. Soto treats my children and myself as family. Her staff is alike well trained and have a compassionate and patient work ethic, especially with my kids. I'm always in awe to see Dr. Soto complete miracles orally. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Soto and her staff. Shes fluently Bi-lingual and Bi-cultural. Give her a try and I assure you she will out due your expectations. Update: Both my husband and I come to Dr. Soto every 6 months for cleaning and happy with cleaning and service from her staff to Katie, the staff dental hygienist , to Dr. Soto ! Thank you Dr. Soto along with her team make this dentistry a creme-de-la-creme top notch service all around dentistry. These are the reasons: 1. Super clean COVID-19 approved business 2. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, 3. High tech tablets for easy no fuss paperwork documentation, all done on tablets 4. Open communication on what your fees will be before you get any work done 5. Dr. Soto has light hands which equals no pain 6. Dr. Soto is a highly skilled dentist in her field of expertise I love this dentistry for all these reasons and believe, from experience, there are not many businesses who practice good ethics to make going to the dentist a pleasant one. I've been coming to Dr. Soto since she opened here. She's a great dentist that I can confidently refer friends and family to. They have Care Credit and Alphaeon (Commenity Bank) to help you out with payments for your treatments. Dr. Soto now has an on site Orthodontist (1st Wednesday of the month). She also accepts Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal so if you qualify for Health insurance through Medi-Cal then you can come to Dr. Soto.

I have had the good fortune of having Dra. Imelda Soto as my dentist, I live in West Covina even that is not that close to me city she is one of the best her staff is always very professional that is the reason I drive to her city. She has taken care many members of my family. We trust her work and her advice completely. All of her work has been outstanding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Dr. Soto and team were very professional from the minute I called to book an appointment. Once I arrived, the gal at front desk walked me through the paperwork. The office was clean and smelled great Dr. Soto was very friendly and did a thorough exam and cleaning. I have already booked my follow up. Highly recommend it.

I've had my fair share of visits to different dental offices. Main reason was because I could never find a dentist to properly place a crown that always kept coming loose every few months. Glad I found Dr. Soto, she explained the reason why my crown kept coming loose. She did her adjustments, got my new crown, and problem fixed. Been going there for follow ups, cleaning, fillings, etc..... Dr. Soto and staff are very nice, professional, and attentive to your needs. Last but not least, office is very clean, and they're very covid precautionary. Even before covid, sanitary precautions were always practiced.

I had to wait for over an hour. Place is dirty. There is a sink full of peoples spit, disgusting. The staff is nice though. I booked a cleaning but dentist didn't even do my cleaning. She just did an 'exam'. What a waste of my time. Worse experience ever !!
