Dr. Sookyoung 'Soo' Choi, DDS is a caring, accomplished and respected dentist. Dr. Soo graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and moved to Orchard Park NY in 2011. She completed her General Practice Residency at the Erie County Medical Center. Dr. Soo has been in private practice in Western New York since 2013. She has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Choi and all staffs were so friendly. I got a root canal on a molar, that works great. My pain is gone. Thanks.

I live nearby so gave it a try. Seems ok but more like big clinic dentistry quality at higher prices. Also concerning I was the only patient there when I arrived, during and then when I left.

I have been at this office a few times in the past couple of years for cleanings. The very last time I had a mild toothache. The Dentist was very eager to want to do a root canal immediately and put me on a payment plan. Something didn't feel right and I told her I'd think about it. I was able to get an appointment quickly with a root canal specialist recommended by a friend who told me to wait a bit before taking the drastic step of a root canal. Sure enough the tooth stopped hurting and I seem fine. I am so glad I didn't jump into a root canal. I may need one in the future but not happy with this Dentist wanting to push a root canal on me so aggressively. I am not sure if she is inexperienced or money hungry or both. But now I have trust issues with her.

Had a very pleasant experience! The whole team was very friendly, and Dr. Soo was quite knowledgeable and very gentle. I would revisit this office.

Came to this office for an emergency. Dentist seemed ok but hard to understand. Didn't care for the checkin/out woman as she seemed to have a bad attitude. I have another appointment scheduled so we'll see how it goes.

I feel profits are more important than people at this office. She has a new expensive Pan x-ray machine. So coincidentally all patients require unnecessary radiation to head and thyroid areas, adding $100 to a regular cleaning. Dr. Choi seems disingenuous with excessive smiles and giggles. Not a good fit for me.

The best dentist. I love this place and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. After x-ray was taken, Dr Soo explained thoroughly what should be done for work on teeth in a quite reasonable way. I was very well taken care of.

Dr Choi is a very thorough, gentle and talented dentist with great staff. She has completed filling work for me as well as cleanings. I look forward to continuing with her practice.

Soo Choi seemed unorganized and inexperienced. It took a very long time to do a small filling and I had pain for a few days after. My jaw was also sore from being open so long. I had some problem understanding her English. The fees were pretty high as well. Don't think I will go back.
