At our facility, we employ a team of dental practitioners that includes a variety of specialty areas, so you do not need to be referred out. This means you and your family can receive all of the dental care needed at one location, by specialists in their field. This reduces your treatment time and increases your opportunities to get individualized care.
Dr. Kayvon Javid has dedicated his life to changing the way you view dentistry. While he showcases his artistry in his daily scheduled surgeries, his primary goal is to educate the community on preventative care, to keep his patients healthy and living long and ample lives. The message he likes to spread to his clientele is help us, help you. Most things in life can be tackled more efficiently when combatted with a team or partnership, and he sees dentistry as being no different. The solution to every problem can simply be to avoid the problem altogether, and Dr. K who has softheartedly known by all, provides those he helps the education and tools to do so through preventative care.
Dr. Mariam Nadi has been serving the Southbay area for the past 16 years. Along with her husband of 20 years, Dr. Kayvon Javid, who is also a dentist, together they have built an entirely new office from scratch in order to incorporate some of the latest available technologies and innovations in dentistry to enhance her patients experience. The philosophy of the design is to maximize the use of the technology in the office to increase comfort, to minimize the patient chair time, and to limit the total amount of visits to complete the treatment plan.

My experiences with Dr. Kavon and his staff has been an extraordinary experience. I have had a few very good dentist's in my lifetime. Dr. Kavon is by far the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure to have.

The best team! I went in to get my wisdom tooth extracted and they provided fast and very welcoming service. Bri and lulu the nicest staff. Dr. Kayvon very professional he's the best at what he does! They were so nice to me and patient while I was crying in pain. They made everything go smoothly. Very professional! Highly recommend! I wish I could've tipped to show my appreciation for their awesome service but they don't accept tips unfortunately. I only did one lower wisdom tooth but I Will come back for my other extractions. Thank you!

Dr. Smile Lomita is the place to go!!! The dentist, the dental assistants, and especially the front desk staff!!! Lulu and Bree make you feel right at home and are always willing to help or comfort my kiddos! The sweetest staff ever. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Dr. Borno & his assistant, Lucero, are the absolute BEST!!! I've always been afraid of going to the dentist, but ever since Dr. Borno started working here I look forward to coming in. :) Dr. Borno & Lucero always make sure that I'm comfortable! They really care about their patients. Not to mention, Lulu & Briana are the sweetest! They always greet me with a beautiful smile and they make every visit special! Thank you all so much for all that you do! I refuse to go elsewhere ever again. I will be referring everyone I know to come here. You guys deserve more than a 5 star rating! Thank you !

I absolutely LOVE these guys.....!!!!! How many of you reading this can say that about the dentist you currently are using? Trust me when I tell you that they don't disappoint. I only wish I knew about them about 20y years ago.

Okay first of all let me say I left with my teeth feeling sooooo much smoother, cleaner and brighter. I've been dreading going to the dentist but when I saw the manager Lulu post about it, I trusted her word when she said this staff was gentle, uplifting and amazing. She was NOT WRONG! Usually dentists are like a war zone that I never want to enter but Lulu was the first face I saw which was amazing because she always has positive and smiling energy. I then took X-rays and did a cleaning with Paulette who was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She did her job efficiently but was not too rough. She talked me thru the whole thing and explained what I needed to change in my dental routine and also showed me how! Thank you! Dr. Borno was also very nice and explained the next process for my teeth. He was personable and not intimidating like most Drs. As I left, Lulu handled my paperwork and actually made me ready and almost even excited to come back. Thank you thank you THANK YOU Lulu! Never going anywhere else again!

Went in for me second implant and to fix my chipped front teeth. Let me tell you; I am so impressed with their work and hospitality. I felt at ease and was treated with care. The staff are amazing; especially Dr. K, who did my implant, Dr. Borno, who did the fillings, and Hannah who took care of me from my very first visit and today. I will definitely be coming back to this office for any of my dental needs. Everyone was so kind and professional. I recommend this office to everyone!

This charming dental office is a must visit location! I'm personally apprehensive about any dental experiences but this location has the most helpful friendly staff I've ever visited. Lulu Perez was especially helpful over the phone when I discussed my needs; she provided me great service. When I was examen I was also pleased with the expertise and ease of my interactions with Dr.Bennet. I look forward to visiting again! Thank you.

Im always scare to go to the dentist, but these guys at Dr Smile help me overcome those fears. Two extraction in one day and the ladies that did it were so professional and made sure my experience was painless. From the front desk with Lulu perez and her crew to the Dr's. They are the best and the service is always fast and convenient. Going back in today for my follow up visit.

Very welcoming and professional. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office is clean and comfortable. Lost a tooth that needed replacing and the timing is reasonable . They even have appointments on Saturday with an appointment.

Great staff and experience. Lulu and Gabriel at the front desk are super nice, efficient, and welcoming. Lucero takes my xrays and she is the sweetest lady. My hygienist Paulette makes teeth cleaning so much more pleasant. She's gentle, takes her time and extremely thorough. I've seen both Dr. Lai and Dr Borno and they all do a great job to make you feel comfortable and provide excellent dental treatment. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience at Dr. Smile! I was referred to Dr. Smile by a colleague and have had a great experience all around! The dentists are very experienced and professional as well as attentive and explain everything (even with pictures). The front office staff are super friendly and very accommodating. They are so easy to work with and helpful with scheduling and dealing with insurance. The Hygienist is also very experienced and does a great job. It's a very well run office, highly professional and service oriented. Dr. Smile removes the angst of going to the dentist. They are a real find, I highly recommend them!
