They took me as an emergency. They fully worked with me while working through my insurance coverage. The dentist was extremely calming and considerate. I actually am excited to get my crown repaired here when it is time after having a pleasant experience with an intense root canal procedure.

Dr. Dougus was extremely informative and polite and made my experience a very painless and pleasant experience. I would definitely come back for any of my dental needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust. Two thumbs up.

I ended my relationship with my previous dentist as they stopped accepting my insurance. I researched dentists in the area and was drawn to Dr. Dogus by the excellent reviews. I have not been sorry. I was immediately impressed by his office staff who were very welcoming and helpful over the phone, the same in person. Dr. Dogus worked with me and my insurance company easily. That is just the finance piece. Upon entering the office for my first appointment I came to an updated state of the art environment. After the pleasurable welcoming by the secretary, my next contact was with the dental hygienist, which was excellent. Very skilled! Then, working with Dr. Dogus was very professional and he made me very comfortable. He is communicative and straight forward. His expertise is superior. If making a visit to the dentist could be made enjoyable, this practice comes close. I highly recommend Dr. Dr. Dogus and his staff.

I have been afraid of the dentist for years, after a number of negative experiences with unfriendly practitioners and pain. After the pandemic shutdown, I was in need of emergency dental work and Monica got me in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Dogus worked with me to create a detailed plan of treatment that would fix my immediate problem and return my mouth/teeth to order. Dr. Dogus and his staff are caring and genuinely warm in how they treat their patients. Every step of the way I am informed of what's happening and am checked in with to make sure that I'm comfortable and not in pain. After a few months of being Dr. Dogus' patient, I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist and therefore am taking better/consistent care of my dental health because of how professional and compassionate Dr. Dogus and his team have been. 100% recommend.

Dr Dogus and his team are really fantastic. I've seen many dentists over the years and he has been by far the most thorough & caring. He actually spends time with patients after the hygienist cleaning which I've found to be rare. He also doesn't try to sell you on extra procedures which I often found other dentists doing. He is very easy to schedule with and when I had an emergency found time to see me immediately on a Saturday. I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Dogus is the best . I've always been petrified of going to the dentist until, I met Dr. Dogus . He's a very warm , kind and competent dentist . I've had A major full mouth makeover done by him . When I first began my journey with Dr, Dogus he explained everything , mapped out my treatment plan and alleviated all my fears , he's very gentle and his office is very clean . I would highly recommend Dr. Dogus. Added Bonus ~ he has a great , fun , personality ! I never thought I would be able to say I actually don't mind going to the dentist . Thank you Dr.Dogus

Dr. Dogus was referred to me by my spine surgeon, Dr. David Shein. I am a retired Internist and served the good folks of the southeast Bronx for 27 years and, was a clinical instructor of Medicine at Montefiore and Weill-Cornell Medical College. Like most of us, during the past 16 months or so, we put things off with consequences. I have a vast array of dental problems and I started with a local dentist up in Putnam County and sad to say, my results were less than satisfactory. I asked my colleagues who they personally use and no one really stood out until I reviewed and finally visited Dr. Sitki Dogus. The best personal care decision I have ever made (next to Dr. Shein of course). Dr. Dogus has an outstanding educational background in general and specialized dentistry, both! His skill and his confidence are above the bar &, this is one stop dental care folks. By this I mean you don't have to go to one specialist for one problem and another specialist for the other problem. He does it all the old-fashioned way and with absolute expertise, hands-down! The other wonderful thing about him is he also teaches at Montefiore and is leading the way to share his gifts with the future dentists of the world and carries that responsibility and continuity forward. I recommend Dr. Dogus highly without reservation.

I have been going to Dr. Dogus for a year now and everytime I go it's a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional and competent. The office is immaculate with state of the art equipment. Dr. Dogus is a great dentist that explains everything and makes sure you're comfortable. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner! I highly recommend this amazing dentist.

I have nothing but good things to say about the one and only Dr. Dogus and his staff! I always get nervous before a cleaning, but Dee put me at ease and was the highlight of my visit. She was very gentle and very accommodating to my needs. I recommend this team, from professionalism to great attitude, they have it all. Very happy with my visit.

Dr. Dogus has always approached my many dental issues from the routine to the complex with excellent care, knowledge, and expertise as well as thoughtful and thorough planning. He takes the time to explain patiently not only individual procedures and the final goals for the required dental changes but also listens to your concerns and handles any emergent issues that may arise. Dr. Dogus' office staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to your needs. The office environment is comfortable, very clean, and calm. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Dogus to others for excellent dental care and prosthedontics.

Dr Dogus and his staff are amazing. Treated me with care and compassion, his front desk staff, Monica, is pleasant and makes you feel so welcoming. The dental hygienist Dee, gave detailed explanation of everything she was doing. Dr. Dogus, himself was very friendly and also took his time to explain everything that needed to be done.
