Dr. Ghattas and Maria were very welcoming, warm, informative, and professional. I would consider a root canal a fairly unpleasant procedure to go through but it was not at all painful or unpleasant because of this great team! I highly recommend Dr. Ghattas and Maria for your endodontic needs!! They were great!

Dr. Ghattas and Maria fit me into their schedule without notice to save my painful cracked tooth with an emergency root canal. Not only did they treat me expeditiously, they also provided gentle care and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My anxiety was very high due to the pain and uncertainty about my prognosis. Maria went above and beyond to keep me comfortable. Dr. Ghattas was able to complete the procedure in one session and explained how I would feel afterwards and even gave me his cell number in case I had any problems following my procedure. Everyone in this office provides exceptional service, and if you're looking for the best - this office is it!

Dr. Ghattas was seriously the best doctor I've ever met. His assistant, Maria was also excellent. Both are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and best of all friendly. They turned a scary situation, for me into a pleasant day at their beautiful office.

Great experience with all the staff! Dr. Ghattas is a master of his craft! In and out in 1.5hrs and minimal pain moving forward. Hope I never need another root canal but if I do, I will be heading back to Dr. G!

Have you ever felt like you met an angel? Or been in the presence of someone who was absolutely skillful and gifted in their chosen profession? Last week, my first time meeting Dr. Ghattas, I felt like I met an angel. I showed up for a root canal and I went home with such an overwhelming sense of gratitude and satisfaction. ( Did I just say that about a root canal? Yes, I did.) Maria, his assistant that day, was also amazing. The whole staff was great, which makes perfect sense.

This is how dental work should be! Specially for all of us with dentist fears. Dr. Ghattas and his assistant Maria were incredibly reassuring, caring and professional. I highly recommend them. Super professional, quick and painless experience. 1. The staff is super friendly. 2. Dr. Ghattas is very professional and friendly. We did 2 root canals in one day and it took little over than an hour. He created a comfortable setting with music during my procedure and was letting me know what he was doing and what to expect the next second for me to not be scared. I was really impressed how fast he finished two of my root canals. 3. Amazing caring follow up after the treatment. Dr. Ghattas checked on me via text message to see how I was doing and answered all my questions. I highly recommend to get his service because Dr. Ghattas knows what he does and he does it super professional.

I got my root canal done by doctor Simon He was brilliant Managed to finish the job in Less than an hour with hardly any pain. On day 2 today Back to normal. Doctor Simon thank you so much you have our endorsement. Also am gratful to his staff the leadt to say professional and expediant I hardly waited 5 minutes beforeExams and cat scans.

This was my 1st root canal and even though I've had a lot of other dental work done over the years, I'm still apprehensive to go to the dentist. Dr. Ghattas and his assistant Maria were above and beyond amazing, and made me feel very comfortable right from the start. They showed me what they were going to do, talked me through it in a way that I would understand, listened to me and patiently answered all my questions. Dr. G also doesn't rush to start the procedure; instead he talks to you with sincere interest to calm your nerves. Maria was outstanding and on top of everything. When I occasionally opened my eyes, those two were like a well-oiled machine. He didn't even have to tell her what he needed; he was just singing along with the music, asking me if I was comfortable, and narrating every move he was going to make. So I closed my eyes and relaxed, because I knew I was in good hands. I felt no pain during or even after the procedure. I filled up my pain medication, thinking the pain will come later, but it didn't! Dr. Ghattas sincerely cares about his patients, and I'm grateful for their outstanding service to deliver a pain-free and pleasant experience. The level of knowledge, professionalism, compassion, kindness and attention does not go unnoticed and is simply priceless. Dr. Ghattas is one of a kind! I highly recommend him! You won't regret it. If I ever need a root canal, I know for sure where I'm going. Thank you!!

I had an root canal done 10/03/2022. It was my very first time too getting an root canal done. Dr. Simon Ghattas and his assistants Maria and Hanna really made me feel comfortable, while being both very professional and down to earth at the same time. Normally, I hate the dentist/endo. Not anymore! I was referred to this practice by Dr. Alvarez at Natural Smile in PBG (another incredible team!) Dr. Ghattas and all of his staff (especially Maria, Yohana and Hannah) are aces. They even played Nirvana so I could rock out while getting a root canal - which could not have gone smoother!! I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best Endo team ever! Thank you so much for your help!

I have been to Dr Ghattas on several occasions. He and his office staff are the most professional, nicest group of people I have ever met in a busy office like this. The wait time is minimal and the little things the entire staff do to make you feel comfortable go well above and beyond the typical office. Dr. Ghattas, whatever you guys are doing for your staff, keep it up. Your patients appreciate it! The professional culture in that office is second to none. You all are wonderful. Thanks again!

I'm 71 and I wasn't looking forward to a root canel after 15+ years since the last one. However, Dr. Ghattas was great. It was virtually painless, with the best customer service I've experienced. My wait time was hardy noticeable, the staff we're as nice as could be and Dr.Ghattas emplained the root cause (pun intended) both verbally and with the x-rays. During the procedures he was very communicative, asking about my comfort level and adjusting where necessary. He followed up after each appointment, checking on my welfare. I couldn't ask for more, and I did learn about yacht rock music which was an added plus :-) I highly recommend him and his staff.

Amazing office. I had to get a root canal. It was infected. The doctor. And staff were amazing. He even went and contacted me in the evening to see how I was doing. You will not be disappointed

I don't ever leave reviews, but I had to for Dr. Ghattas and his staff. I was in serious pain, and they got me in right away and on the road to recovery. I was completely out of pain that first day. Dr. Ghattas and his staff were so reassuring and comforting. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at this office. If you ever have to get a root canal or need care from an endodontist I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Who knew a root canal could be so quick and painless? Dr. Ghattas and staff are extremely proficient. I was in and out within 45 minutes. The numbing process was painless as was the procedure. I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I had no pain after and appreciated their follow up to make sure everything was ok. Thank you Dr. Ghattas and team!

I've had a chronic toothache and went to my dentist last week. He worked on the tooth but told me that I might need a root canal if what he did didn't help. I gave it a week to heal but it didn't get better and today it was worse. I called my dentist and he referred my to Dr Simon Ghattas at the Endodontic Associates Of The Palm Beaches. I call Dr Ghattas office at 8:30 this morning and explained that I was referred and in pain. The squeezed me in at noon today. Dr Ghattas was prompt and professional. He took his time numbing me and waiting for it to kick in. I had a TOTALLY PAINLESS ROOT CANAL and was in and out of his office including X-rays before and after the procedure in an hour. DR GHATTAS IS FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU'RE IN NEED OF AN ENDODONTIST!!!!
