Yesterday was my second, and hopefully last time needing a root canal. Although I know where I'm going if I ever need another one. Dr Rosenthal is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and kind. He explained the results of the x-ray evaluation and answered all my questions. The procedure was pretty painless. He regularly checked that I was okay during the procedure. I also had an excellent experience with the other staff, who are super friendly and helpful. I only wish Dr Rosenthal could do my crown as well.

Dr. Rosenthal completed a root canal on my tooth 12/13/21. It was painless, professional, and efficient. If I ever need another, I will definitely return to see him. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal.

Dr. Rosenthal just completed a root canal on me this morning . I had come from another specialist who did not finish it because he said he saw a crack and immediately stopped working on it. DR. R started the procedure expecting to see something but did not and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. As of now, he has saved me $thousands on having to have the tooth pulled and replaced! Very nice, thorough, and professional in answering my questions. Entire staff was great ... thank you! Highly recommend !!

Dr. Rosenthal gets to "The Root" of the problem!! I had a root canal on a tooth about 20 years ago by another dentist. This tooth pain would come & go like maybe all the root was not removed. I have been to many dentists over the past 20 yrs. and none had found the problem. Dr Rosenthal found the infection as soon as he looked @ the X-ray. He is the most knowledgeable Dentist I have ever been to and very professional. Also the ladies @ the front Desk were Very nice & professional.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Rosenthal. I have never had one done and have heard from some that a root canal is very painful. Needless to say I was very anxious prior to the procedure. Dr. Rosenthal reassured me that he would make sure that I was numb enough. His assistant rubbed some topical Lidocaine on my gum where I was to get the injections and had me to bite down on two swabs saturated in the Lidocaine. Dr. Rosenthal waited about 10-15 minutes before he gave me the injections. I barely felt the shots he gave me. He gave me a total of 3. He waited another 10-15 minutes to make sure I was numb. He even tested my tooth with something cold to make sure before he started the root canal. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure! Throughout the procedure, Dr. Rosenthal made sure I wasn't hurting! He was very patient, gentle and kind! I'm 63 years old and have had a lot of dental procedures in the past but this was by far the most painless dental procedure I've ever had done!! His staff was very kind and helpful, also! Very pleasant experience!! Thank you Dr. Rosenthal and staff!!

Had a root canal performed by Sidney Rosenthal, D.M.D. I am generally VERY nervous when it comes to any form of dental procedure (my heart usually races the entire time). This time was a bit different though, with his understanding of how resistant I am to pain inhibitors he carefully took the time to dose me enough to make sure I didnt feel a thing. I could honestly say that was the most relaxing procedure I had.... nearly fell asleep

Scheduled 1st apt week after I called. They canceled apt morning of. Couldn't reschedule for over 2 more weeks! Forgot time of apt, so called all day the day before and the morning of, nothing but answering machine. They finally called back at 12:30 and said my apt was at 9 and they couldn't see me for 2 more weeks, meanwhile my face looks like a chipmunk. I'll go somewhere that can answer their phone! Update: i know they are closed on Sunday, i called on Thursday because they're also closed on fri. Then i called at 8:12am, plenty of time to make a 9am apt. Also called at 9:10, 10:29, 11:05 & 12:24. TRY ANSWERING YOUR PHONE!

I had my first root canal with Dr. Rosenthal yesterday, and I can tell you it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist. It was easier and faster than having a filling. He definitely knows what he's doing. Hopefully I'll never need another root canal, but if I do I know where I'm going. His staff is wonderful, Tess is excellent at explaining how insurance works and they were booked out pretty far but it was still an acceptable time frame. Thank you!

Dr. Rosenthal helped saved my tooth by NOT performing a root canal. He suggested an alternative way of dealing with my tooth and almost 2 years later the tooth is trouble free. A year later, on another tooth that needed a root canal, Dr. Rosenthal completed the procedure very quickly with no pain. Additionally, during each visit he took his time to have a discussion with me about my teeth and was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal.
