I had Dr. Chavez put 2 crowns on for me. I experienced a lot of sensitivity after the procedure but Dr. Chavez said I should switch my tooth paste. Come to find out he left open margins on my crowns. Both crowns had to be completely redone and decay was found under the crown. It cost me over 1400 out of pocket to fix and it would have been much more if I didn't switch jobs and have new insurance. They did offer to have me come back into the office for them to fix it but I don't trust his work anymore. I have found others have complaints about his crown work. In my opinion he shouldn't be doing this type of work anymore.

Dr Chavez doesn't have the human touch. Refuse to see a patient that is crying because she lost crown of her front tooth we ask for records to see some one else and we get a Termination letter. Front desk girls handle the situation in a very unprofessional way

Absolutely the best dentist I've ever experienced & that says a lot!! Saying I am terrified of Dentists is the understatement of the year. Dr Chavez is an absolute gem, i am so thankful for him, he genuinely cares about his patients & it shows! The staff is wonderful, helpful, non judgmental & goes above & beyond to make sure you're comfortable. I will never go anywhere but Dr Chavez's office. If you have a dental emergency, they will do all they can to squeeze you in & follow up is exceptional, 9 times out of 10, they get me in very quickly. I believe in honest, accurate reviews, if you're looking for a top notch dentist & amazing staff, look no further.

Dr Chavez was the only doctor who would see me same day when my wisdom teeth decided to cause me misery. My family has been seeing him ever since. His entire staff is lovely and very kid friendly. Conviently located and they make scheduling families easy.
