Dr. Hitesh Shroff has been in private practice since 1992 and is Florida board certified. Dentistry Gateway to Your Overall Health is his passion. For over 35 years, Dr. Shroff has gained immense satisfaction serving the Plantation, Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale and surrounding communities. He personally handles all the dental and surgical procedures at Dr. Shroff Plantation Dental including Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Shroff has been trained under world renowned Dr. Arun Garg DMD for surgical placements and restorations of implants. He has also been trained under Dr. Michael Ravens for computer guided implant surgery which is a highly predictable implant placement. Dr. Shoff has earned a Masters Degree in Implant Dentistry doing advanced procedures such as sinus lifts and ridge augmentation and is a Diplomate with the International Dental Implant Association. Dr. Shroff specializes in general dentistry, dental implants, denture repair, root canals, cosmetic dentistry and platelet-rich plasma, also known as PRP.
Shannon Cruz began working with Dr. Hitesh Shroff in 1993 and has remained with him as Dr. Shroff Plantation Dentals office manager, treatment coordinator and phlebotomist. Mrs. Cruz has expanded her knowledge in all areas of dentistry over the past 22 years by personally assisting Dr. Shroff on dental and surgical procedures. In addition, she attends all accredited dental courses and conferences with Dr. Shroff to stay current on the most up to date dental trends and practices in the industry. Mrs. Cruz also has an exceptional knowledge of dental insurance and enjoys serving the patients from Plantation, Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas.

Literally the nicest and most professional business I have come across! You always feel so relieved walking out the place because your questions have been answered & your concerns have been taken seriously. The whole staff is so kind & genuinely friendly I honestly couldn't recommend the place enough. The doyen of dentistry. Dr. Shroff is absolutely top tier & understandingly sympathetic with every one of his patients. My mommy included :D

I used to see Dr shroff and take my wife there. I started to notice his predatory tactics of trying to upsell you on products/services that you don't need. After getting second opinions from highly qualified dental specialists that assured me he is simply pushing gimmicks and unnecessary procedures in order to make more money. Dr Shroff noticed that I was aware of his tactics when I told him that I got a second opinion and that I don't need what he was trying to push on me. At the same time that I got the second opinion I had scans done. My last visit with Dr Shroff was when I went in for a cleaning and he told me I needed to purchase scans for the cleaning. I told him that I already had scans and he threw a fit and got so upset that I wasn't purchasing the scans or any of his unnecessary procedures and only paying for the cleaning. He kicked me out of his office and told me to go get my cleaning at the place where I got the scans done. I switched to another dentist where I now pay far less and receive a much better service that I didn't even know existed. Thanks so much Dr Shroff for giving me that push I needed to find better service at a better price!

There is no doubt about Dr. Shroff. He is one of the best Dentist in town. He is very caring and gentle. He explains the procedures and treatments very well and makes the whole experience very pleasant. The office staff is very nice too, very polite. Kalpna.

I have been visiting Dr. Shroff's office close to 25 yrs, twice yearly. I moved away but still travel back. Due to the pandemic I had not gone since last year and I was very anxious about going ...but everything went so very well! Thank you for making me feel, as always, totally at ease, you are all such caring, kind, dedicated professionals!

I wouldn't recommend this place. Very disappointed. My auntie recommended me this place but she ended up disappointed herself . It was tool late for me to back off since I was already in a process of doing root canal. To make long story short, after doing the root canal the DR let me leave the place without temporary crown which is wrong- but he told me it's ok you can go like this. When I was back to get the crown he said "oh your tooth has shifted and now I have cut from your gum and charge you more" I didn't agree for extra chart and that was end of story. I told doctor it's your responsibility to take care of these extra charges since it wasn't a professional and good decision to let me go without temporary crown . Doctor was rude and unprofessional!

Dr Shroff and office staff are always friendly and helpful with everything that I needed for my dental needs. I came to their office after another dentist took$40k and left me without a bunch of crowns and I got very depressed and angry. With patience and affordable care a year later we are almost finished fixing the problems I was left with. Dr Shroff is very nice and professional also works quick which I appreciate. His staff is understanding and have helped me deal with the mess I was left with I am grateful for finding them!! Highly recommend

This dental office is a true gem in today's world of unprofessional and shrewd business practices. The office staff is incredibly efficient and friendly and Dr. Shroff is the best! After being disappointed with 3 other dental outfits, we found one who didn't try to sell us dental work that was unnecessary and was fair and honest! Dr. Shroff and his team have restored my hope there are still businesses that operate with complete integrity
