I've been going to Dr. Chadda since she began her practice in Hyde Park. Love her! Her staff is also great, very friendly, professional and pleasant. I have chronic illnesses that have affected my dental health. My front teeth were very discolored and literally crumbling. I went to Dr. Chadda many times in tears over my teeth. She was extremely patient, kind and understanding with me. I eventually got 6 top front crowns done by Dr. Chadda. It was very challenging and stressful, but Dr. Chadda was so skilled, and cared so much that my new crowns come out just how I wanted. As you can see in my photo, they did! I'm so very grateful to her for all the time she invested in me, and the wonderful job she did. I've had no problems at all since getting my crowns. I would recommend Dr.Chadda to everyone! You will not find a more caring, kind and skilled Dentist, I assure you! Thank you so much Dr.Chadda, you have given me my confidence back and there are no words adequate enough to thank you. I appreciate all that you did for me! See you at my next cleaning!

I'm so dissatisfied with Dr. Shipra, my mother was being seeing as a new patient and she was mistreated by her. She re-scheduled her twice having a temporary crown, when she came back to to the second portion of the root canal, she was left in the middle of a treatment because Dr. Shipra didn't feel comfortable at doing the procedure. My mother mouth was already numb! Her bad temperament and lack of empathy, professionalism is concerning. She advertise herself as a dentist who can do root canal. I will not recommend her services to anyone. And on top of everything I just got threaten by her.

Very bad experience , my DAD went to this dentist and DR Chadda give him some antibiotic for infection on the teeth ,my father did experience diary from antibiotic , so i called Dr Chadda office and speak to front desk she spoke to the Dr Chadda and she told the front desk girl (which she was nice )to stop the antibiotic ,I already new from another doctor not to stop and take Imodium plus Probiotic to help good bacteria , Dr Chadda did not recommended this things which means she dont know what she doing , plus i told the front girl from doctor to call me when she have time and the doctor didnt care to call back ,so you guess people if you like to be seen by this doctor which is unprofessional .

My poor mother was mistreated by Dr. ShipraChadda, she went to get a root canal and she was seeing as a new patient, but dr. Chadda leave her in the middle of the treatment just because she couldn't do the root canal, she said "I'm not comfortable doing it" "the insurance paid very little for it, I rather do another work" after 12+ X-rays and the tooth manipulation. My poor mother was basically kicked out the office having her mouth numb today. Her bad temperament and attitude as well as her lack of professionalism make her an unsuitable dentist. If you have MassHealth just look somewhere else. She threatened us if we not remove this review.

Took me a while to write this because I don't like giving bad reviews; but my experience with Dr. Chadda is one I would like to forget. If you want any cosmetic dentistry procedures, my advice is you go to someone else...even while doing this treatment, she disregarded my requests to work on a cavity. I am now with a great dentist, who had to correct her errors, which cost me more money. She actually had the nerve to call me saying how much its costing her because of her mistakes. Dr. Chadda is just another street corner dentist in my opinion.

Dr.Chadda ...I gave you a 4 point review until you revealed yourself...... I have been coming to you for almost 3 yrs for the same issue my partial which has been sent out numerous times due to not been done right..1st no color match, 2nd teeth were too large....You decided to give me a new partial last April25,2018 broke June 4 ....I bought them in for repair and have yet to get them...Where is your Lab located because that's the excuse I get every time I call..They are at the Lab...SMH This is not acceptable for a dentist and I filed a Grievance with my Insurance.....I called again today and the same story ....At the Lab..I even got notices from my insurance company they denied your claims 2 time ...Lmao .Charging for instructions on teeth brushing ..Bye

If anyone out there is looking for dental care, I will recommend you to check this place, at Doctor Shipra Chadda's office, specially the staff is very nice and courteous, clean, right on time.
