Went there for a regular checkup and cleaning and the experience was great, very kind and gentle staff!

The office opened 25mins late because they locked themselves out and the dentist didn't show up even 75mins after their scheduled opening time. I had an appointment at their Redwood City site, the first appointment of the day at 9a. I arrived only to find a hygienist trying to enter the office, but couldn't get in. The dentist was no where to be found and could not be reached over phone. The hygienist called staff at another Shieh and Luo Dental Group site to come and open the door, which was done at 9:25a. I had a routine cleaning and full mouth x-ray done by the hygienist as part of the appointment, but the doctor hadn't showed up by 10:15a to read my x-rays. I had to leave to get to work and so I wasn't able to talk to the dentist in-person. Terrible experience, never have I ever experienced a business locking themselves out, let alone a dentist who didn't show up to their own practice in time to see the patients. I was told that the dentist would arrive by 10a, but even so they still didn't arrive and was not answering their phone.
