I had a chip in my tooth and went there thinking it was going to be a quick easy fix. They took an x-ray and didn't do anything with the chip in my tooth. They scheduled another appointment and when I went they were telling me I needed 3 or 4 more appointments because I needed several root canals and a few fillings. Finally after months of asking them to fix the chip in my tooth, and not getting it fixed, I went to another dentist and they fixed the chip the very next day and then scheduled a check up and told me that i needed only one filling. I had already gotten one root canal but that was it. I verified that I didn't need any root canals and he told me I didn't. It has now been about 2 years since switching my dentist and now I had two fillings that fell out and had to be replaced. The prices may be cheaper but so is the quality.

Dr. Hamilton is great however his front staff and billing department are beyond rude has hung up on me and my husband multiple times and charged his insurance for thing that did not happen. I am actually looking into getting a lawyer. If I could post a 0 star and leave this post I would.

Not COOL ! that I'm trying to call your admin back this morning for several times and nobody would answer I need to cancel my appointment for next week this is the only way you want me to let you know? Your voicemail box is full and would allow me only with special code access or it will just terminate my call that sounds unprofessional and offensive of course there's other concerns I have from our last appointments but I was trying not to l review negatively

I've tried to be positive about this place they are nice but they're understaffed I get that but your probably gonna wait an extra hour or 2 to get taken care of don't trust them on billing I went ln for my cleaning said insurance covered everything then bills me later. They also are busy so chances of them calling you back if you have an emergency aren't likely go to pioneer dental as one that just got dental insurance the difference was night and day they were telling me prices as I was going got a same day appointment different opinions and a much better cleaning. They even took off the bill to make it easier. Don't go here unless you need cheap they're nice but not enough

Our family has been going to Hamilton Dental for 10 years. We always have a good dental experience and feel well taken care of. Shawn doesn't over treat like some dentists we've seen and we really like his conservative approach. He is very friendly, seems to truly care about his patients, and we trust him to make the best decision for us. He is great with both adults and children. They have reasonable prices and we will continue to go here for many years to come.

I've tried to be positive about this place they are nice but they're understaffed I get that but your probably gonna wait an extra hour or 2 to get taken care of don't trust them on billing I went ln for my cleaning said insurance covered everything then bills me later. THIS WAS THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I GOT MY WISDOM TEETH OUT AND THEY WERE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND NICE PEOPLE. I RECOMMEND % GOING HERE.

I would give 5 stars to all of the staff except for the girl with dark/black hair that sits behind the front desk usually. One of biggest job qualifications for a healthcare job is to keep the patient's formation confident, but this new secretary/staff always talks loudly in front of everyone about anyone's financial problems or issues without calling them forward to the desk or aside so no one else would hear. I think this action is very offending and I've seen many of the patient's leave offended when she does that. Hopefully this will change because other staff work excellently and hope that her behavior doesn't interrupt the business. -kindly from a med student

I love Hamilton Dental!!! They are the only place that I go for my dental needs and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great care for themselves or their family. They have affordable prices and they seem to really care for their patients. I have nothing but good things to say when it comes to Hamilton Dental. Way to go guys!!

Really nice staff, clean modern practice. Hard to find a dentist that is honest and doesn't charge a arm and a leg for unecessary work. Very happy to have found this place.Will recommend to friends and family. Need more businesses like this in Utah.
