The dentist was very nice, professional, and seemed very thorough! The staff needs more training for professionalism, customer service, and etiquette as well as returning phone calls and keeping you abreast of order delays for guards and prescription refills. Still waiting on a prescription the dentist personally said she would fill and even made a follow up phone call. It's been months...never received the prescription. I had several frustrating encounters here. I also never appreciated being charged $14 for PPE and learning the purpose AFTER it was collected. Seemed pretty shady and intentional. Many who were in the waiting area shared the same frustrations about how the fee was collected. I'm vaccinated plus boosted and wear my own PPE. No other doctor or dentist I've gone to has charged this. It is my understanding they no longer charge the PPE fee but I delayed my cleanings because of it. UPDATE: Dr. Gammage personally contacted me regarding the prescription issue and found it had been sent in error to the wrong pharmacy. I sincerely appreciated her reaching out and her willingness to address the issues with her staff. She seemed genuine in wanting to work towards a better customer service experience for her patients.

Extremely unprofessional staff. I've been going here for years and I love the office and the opportunity to support a black business. However, 30 minutes prior to my most recent appointment, I received a text message from the office stating that my appointment was canceled by them due to a power outage and that I will get a call to reschedule. After two days of awaiting said call, I took it upon myself to reach out and reschedule, only to hear that I have to pay a no-show fee for missing my appointment. I explained to them that I refuse to pay a no show fee for an appointment that was canceled BY THEM. They backtracked multiple times giving different excuses saying that they texted me to let me know that the power was back on (which I never received). A different receptionist said that they texted me to let me know that my insurance wasn't verified (also never received). After those two excuses were proved invalid, I was then told that I have missed multiple appointments in the past and that they will not schedule me any unless I pay what was 1 no-show fee, now multiple. If that was the case, how were they able to schedule the appointment that they canceled? It wasn't mentioned because it never happened. I have record of all my visits and every thank you text after each visit, so which one did I miss again? It's one thing to slip up, but to blame your customer and make them pay? This office has lost a customer! They are predatory and I should've known when they charged a $14 PPE fee during the pandemic FOR EVERY VISIT.

The staff was very friendly and professional I have been to several different dentists before never have I felt at ease as I did with Dr. Gamnage, they were up front and open about everything and I appreciate that I will always go back to Dr. Gammage and refer her to other people family and friends thank you so much for my great experience.

The staff was professional, prompt, organized, and pleasant to interact with throughout my new patient visit. Dr. Gammage was comprehensive and thorough with her evaluation. I appreciated being given options. Plan to return.

Great Staff!! Beautiful office! Professional and very clear about services needed. I saw Dr Asher and Jennifer is my hygienist. They even called the next day to make sure I was ok. They really made me feel good about my smile.

Five stars +++ Dr. Shauna H. Gammage is an AMAZING dentist. She was gentle, thorough, and took time to explain every detail of the evaluation and procedure that was performed on me. I plan to purchase the mouth guard that she recommended ASAP. Dr. Gammage is OUTSTANDING!!!!!

I have been a patient for years. Normally very satisfied. Continued to come even though my insurance is out of Network and continuing to travel here nearly 30 miles after moving. I had an appointment today. Upon check in the staff collected $14 payment which I assumed was going towards the cost of my visit. After sitting down to complete the required paperwork noticed that one of the documents I was asked to sign (after I had already made the payment) was actually for PPE equipment in the office. To my surprise this was not explained prior to the payment being collected. I politely informed the young lady at the front that it would have been nice to have known what the payment was for. Yes I could have asked but I have been to several other medical offices including a pediatric dental office, oral surgeon, etc this year and no one has collected a PPE co-payment. To my surprise this is a payment that would be collected at every single office visit until "things are back to normal". That means that I would have to make that for my next two recommended appointments which would be back to back over the course of the next two weeks. I believe this should be communicated at the time of scheduling so the patient has an option to agree or decline scheduling. Second unbeknownst to me I saw a new provider. Upon scheduling I was never informed that I would be seeing a new provider. It would have been nice to be informed/given the option at the time of scheduling or prior to being seated for my appointment. Again generally satisfied with this office but the lack of communication today was not good. Patient care is great but communication could be improved. Thank you

For the most part this office does a good job. I've had issues with billing not being done correctly alot but hopefully this time they get it right. What I do not like is this extra $14 fee they are now charging for PPE. Why should we have to pay that when you aren't using anything you weren't using before the pandemic? Shields, gloves, and goggles were always used but now $14 each time? Whatever PPE you are using doesn't cost that much and if it does you need to find better prices. The client should not have to pay for PPE at any medical facility. I've asked multiple friends and no one else has a doctor or dentist office that charges for PPE! You guys really need to stop trying to make extra money off your clients. I mainly come here for convenience since I live very close but I will say that this new charge doesn't make me happy with your office after also constantly having to deal with billing issues. I wish you would work things out to make it a 5 star experience for patients but all I can do is 3 at this point.

Great Doctor my whole family and I have been patients of Dr Mitchell- Gammage for nearly 20 years. Always pleasant. I am so upset to see that I will be required to pay my co-pay up front upon making future appointments

Dr. Gammage office is nicely decorated and comfortable space. Staff is very nice and professional. I had a somewhat emergency, my calls were promptly return. The staff was helpful in assisting me. A good friend referred me to Dr. Gammage and I'm so very happy that she did.

First visit today; multiple xrays, discussed past & pending dental issues and dental expectations/plans. The lobby & suites are clean, orderly & inviting. Each staff person was welcoming & answered all questions. I certainly will reschedule another appointment and have encouraged my husband to schedule a appointment. Only reason for four stars is because haven't experienced all services as of yet. Extremely happy, No complaints!

I've been with Dr. Gammage for many years. I have always had complete confidence in her expertise to keep my mouth healthy. I had many dentists before her but I don't have to look any longer. Her staff including Tiffany, the office manager, have always displayed the utmost professionalism. My hygienist, Jennifer, is gentle and thorough. You won't regret the decision to have Dr. Gammage help you keep your mouth healthy.

Today was my first visit. It was the professionalism and friendly staff for me. All issues were addressed and explained throughly, without being rushed. I was looking for a new dentist i think, Ive found it.
