Our practice takes pride in our ability to restore and enhance the natural beauty of your smile using only the latest and most conservative technologically advanced and bio-compatible procedures. The results mean that our patients have beautiful, healthy and long lasting smiles!
I graduated from the University Of North Carolina School Of Dentistry in 1979 and started my first practice shortly thereafter. It was in these early years that I dedicated myself to providing a first class experience for my patients and a secure motivational atmosphere for my staff. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to continually enhancing my clinical skills and in the mid 1980s, I became interested in placing only restorative materials that do not contain mercury (amalgam fillings). This decision began my fascination with biocompatible and biological restorations that continues to this day.
In recent years I have also become increasingly involved with the artistic aspect of dentistry. I completely believe that a patients life can be significantly impacted by simply improving their smile. This can be a procedure as straightforward as brightening their smile with a tooth whitening procedure, to making the smile healthier in appearance by treating a periodontal (gum) concern. My focus on cosmetic and restorative services (Veneers, Inlays, and Metal-Free Crowns) in my practice is to mimic nature by making each individual smile unique, yet natural.
I have reached a certain comfort level in my career and I am extremely satisfied in my practice and the atmosphere I surround myself with. I am a self-proclaimed health and fitness fanatic and I bring this passion to every aspect of my practice. My goal is to deliver vitality and better health to all individuals who want to keep and or restore the beauty and strength of their teeth. I hope to continue to educate my patients on how their healthy smiles can truly enhance their lifestyle.

I grew up in Cary, NC and graduated from Temple University and The University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, where I am now also an Adjunct Professor. My father is a highly trained and skilled dentist and has been an invaluable mentor to me. As an aside, I do have a life outside of dentistry! Having competed as a Division I tennis player at Temple University, I enjoy tennis, golf, running, traveling to new places, and spending time with my five younger brothers.
Continuing learning and education is important to me to be able to stay current with the latest advancements and to be able to provide my patients with the highest quality care. I have pursued extensive advanced training courses so I am able to deliver the most up to date comprehensive functional and aesthetic dentistry to my patients.
