Took our 4 year-old and 17-month old for a check-up and a first appointment. We tried a different pediatric dentist but didn't really vibe with the office--so glad to have found this new practice, because Dr. Nicole and staff were absolutely lovely. Admittedly, we were a bit of a mess with the insurance (totally not their fault, it was on our end with Delta Dental), being late, etc. and not the easiest patients to deal with, but they were so helpful every step of the way. The level of care, concern, and kindness from everyone in the front of the office to the assistant Maricela was amazing. I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Nicole was in explaining my son's situation (he's missing some teeth) and gave recommendations on oral care with no judgment or scare tactics like some healthcare professionals resort to. As a parent, I felt totally supported by them, and most importantly I knew that my kids were in safe hands here. Dr. Shari and the team came highly recommended by my friend, and I know why. The office was clean and fun for the kids (it was hard to get them to leave!), parking was easy, text message notifications were convenient. So glad to have found a team that will keep my kids healthy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Carroll. Not only is she and the rest of her staff so sweet and caring. But they treat each patient with such love and individuality. They don't subscribe to a one size fits all model and don't do any procedure unnecessarily. We brought my 10 week old daughter in for a consultation on a tongue tie and lip tie and she took the time with her to properly exam her and see if laser intervention needed to be done (we came in thinking she had a lip and tongue tie but Dr Carroll only saw the tongue tie which needed to be treated). Fast forward to the next week for the laser procedure. I was a wreck thinking of my little girl being in pain but her staff were so gentle and sweet to our little girl from numbing her mouth prior to all the way through the rest of the visit (even sang the "Wheels on the bus" to her to calm her). They are super knowledgeable and give clear and precise instructions post procedure. I can't recommend this practice enough!!! Thank you Dr. Carroll and staff!

Amazing office, it was so well-designed that kids would forget they are here for dental check. The staff were friendly and attentive. They sent out texts and emails to do pre-check in and appointment reminders with clear instructions. Dr. Shari is very experienced with kids crying. In most difficult situation, she still managed to clean most of our son's teeth. In the end of the appointment, our son got to choose a trophy from the magical cabinet. This office totally make toddler dental appointments so much less stress. On the way home, he was all happy playing with his trophy.

Absolutely amazing Dr Shari Carroll and her staff..They handled my 4 kiddos appointment like a well organized machine (9,9,7,17m). Definitely by far the best experience my kids have ever had going to the dentist and for mommy . If your in the South Bay Area and need a kids dentist this the best place. A++++

I went with my daughter to have my granddaughters teeth cleaned during my visit, and I must say this office is beautiful, kid friendly, clean and welcoming. My granddaughter was happy to be there (she is 20 months old) and more importantly the front staff is nice and the hygienist & doctor are very sweet and gentle.

Dr. Shari was recommended by a friend and we could not be happier! The office space is beautiful, clean, but also inviting to kids. The staff is so friendly and the dental assistant (Nicole) was so patient with my daughter, who was 15 months at the time of our visit. She did everything to make her feel at ease, although I did end up having to lay in the chair with her. Dr. Shari came in and engaged with my daughter rather than just diving in and freaking her out. She is so sweet and took the time to explain everything to me. I forgot to ask her something during our visit and left a message later that day and she called me back within 20 minutes to answer my question. :) We are very happy!

Everyone is very sweet. The doctor and the dental hygienist are very gentle with my toddlers. The boys love to be able to watch Thomas the Train while they get their teeth cleaned. The biggest thing the boys get excited about is the toy closet. They love to pick out a toy car before they leave. Dr Carroll is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Thank you all.

My three boys absolutely love going to the dentist because of Dr. Shari and her exemplary staff. We switched to her a few years ago, and my kids have the best time when they go to her office (filled with the most fun games/toys, tooth-fairy portals, and even a tiny kid sized door for them to enter thru.... she really has thought of everything). Most of all I appreciate that she is board certified as a pediatric dentist, and I know my kids are getting the best care. Dr. Carroll is truly wonderful and I can't recommend her office enough!

I have known Dr. Shari Carroll for over 10 years and trust her with all of my children's dental needs. She is truly the best the profession has to offer and loves her patients as they were her own children. In the decade I have known her she is constant and ALWAYS strives to do what is in the best interest of her little patients. Her Masters in public health can attest that she goes the extra mile to learn how to care for all little children and their oral health needs. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking the VERY BEST care for their children.

I had the privilege of working with Dr. Shari Carroll on a few specialized procedures. Dr. Carroll is an amazing practitioner that genuinely loves what she does. And babies and kids love her too! I highly recommend Dr. Shari Carroll for all you infant and pediatric dental needs!

We have had the best experience at Dr.Carroll's office. They love going to the office and it such a kid friendly environment. Everything from the decor to the small "kids" door they walk through to go in for their appointment is so well thought out. The staff members are all friendly and inviting and Dr.Carroll really puts them at ease..even when they are having a cavity filled. She has great skill in knowing how to best work with the pediatric population. We are very happy to have been referred by a friend to this office several years ago!
