From the phone conversation with TJ to make appointment and throughout the procedure, this was a smooth, painless, exceptional experience. Dr. Strong and her team set a new standard in excellence. If you've a fear of "going to the dentist", as I had, this office will be an incredible change!

I have been going to Dr. Strong for about 10 years and haven't had any issues. Just got a new crown and a filling done. No pain and little discomfort. Dr.Strong is really very good and knows her stuff.

Sharon and her staff are hands down Amazing! I found them while I was away traveling for work. Now, I drive 320 miles round trip just to continue my dental relationship with this small office of a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. TJ remembers me by name when I call. Hannah and the rest of the ladies there are so patient and full of all the answers I needed. I started with a broken tooth. From day one, Sharon was upfront and honest with what was the best care for my dental heath and took the time to explain why. Then she fixed a chip in my front tooth and I cried tears of joy when I saw the magnificent job she did. I hated to smile because of my tooth and now I am all laughter and full of smiles again. I had another tooth loose a filling and Sharon was the first one I called. She was available sooner than I could get in, as I travel to see her and got me in the day and time I requested. They are super accommodating and honest with what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Sharon and her staff to anyone.

Our family have been patients of this office since we moved to the area last year. We believe in preventive care and had hoped to find a trustworthy, family dentist to partner with for our ongoing oral health needs. Unfortunately, we are leaving this practice after disappointing results. Although, the dental care has been adequate, the constant heavy sales pressure to commit to more procedures (copious crowns) and extra services (nitrous oxide, night guards, fluoride treatments etc) was very off-putting. Clearly this dentist has attended numerous practice management seminars to increase her bottom line and her treatment recommendations seem financially motivated rather than 'need based'. She uses technology (cameras and X-ray) and scare tactics to pressure you into purchasing as much care as possible. Everyone in my family received the same "recommendations". I'm also leaving this practice because I did not enjoy any of my interactions with this dentist and felt that she was condescending and obtuse. She does not listen to you as a patient and seems incensed if you dare question her 'treatment plan' or want to direct your own care. Her staff are all very professional and nice but seem equally burdened and uncomfortable by their employers sales quota expectations. Consider yourself forewarned.

Would not recommend any one to this office...I was charged 235.00 just for an exam and then 60.00 for 2 xrays and another 90 for a novacain shot..she never even did the extractions after she numbed my face for nothing I ended up going to voos bay to get my teeth removed and exsperianced way better service way better staff and half the price she charged me...the only 5hing they cared about was how I was going to pay and 2anted my fiance to stay in there office wile I ran home to get the money to pay them for the visit because they wanted it all paid in full at that very moment...I would never go back there if my life depended on it...very bad svc and verrrrry height prices

Dr. Strong and her staff are so wonderful! They all take the time to listen and offer options. My whole experience at the office was the best dental visit I have ever had! The office was clean and beautiful. There was a heating pad on the chair, headphones with soothing music, light gauze over my eyes, and I barely felt a thing! I almost fell asleep which is unheard of at the dentist's! I won't say I'm looking forward to going to the dentist again but so long as I can go to Dr. Strong's office I won't dread it anymore!

If a dental procedure could ever be considered positive, this one was. Called in today with a horrible toothache. Even though I was not a current patient, they made room for me and saw me same day. Two hours later, Dr Strong had already dealt with my issue and completed my procedure. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional; special kudos to Leona. I would highly recommend Dr Strong and her practice. Thank you.

I have been to numerous dentists in over 60 years, in both Oregon and Idaho, and I have never had things explained to me in such detail. It seems that basic things such as proper brushing, use of a water pick, and preventative maintenance were supposed to be automaically understood by such an intelligent looking grown woman. And to have the actual dentist do a deep cleaning and thorough exam was also a novel experience. Also in the past the cleanings were always done by a dental hygienist and the dentists' exams were really short and quick. Once an impression for a partial was done by an assistant who said "oh oh" when she pulled it out-- it took months for the roof of my mouth to adjust to that one! Dr. Strong's assistant Hannah did a superb job on my mouth, waiting several minutes for the goop to set up. . I feel that Dr. Strong is by far the best dentist I've ever had and strongly recommend her.

I can't believe anyone would give this woman more than 1 star. First question she asks is how are you going to pay. Went for a bridge estimate and she quoted an astronomical amount. Charged me 175 just for opening my mouth. Ended up at Above Dental in Coos Bay at half the cost. Have several friends here in Port Orford who have had similar experiences. Go ANYWHERE else.

I have received or observed almost every facet of Dentistry from Dr. Strong. Cavities, cleanings, implants, crowns, fitted sleeping appliances, bridges. I'm impressed that she offers all these services, & does them professionally. Bridges and implants are natural and fit properly. Coloring is natural. I'm sleeping now with my fitted appliance!! I know she's constantly learning and keeping up on the latest Dental technology and proficiency & I sure appreciate it! Dr. Strong and her Office are outstanding in her field. I appreciated the full explanation I was given and the high-tech equipment. I could see what they were. This let me see the progress which I appreciated. The staff worked smoothly and well together and all the appointments are on time. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable during all procedures. Fees were all within the correct range with no surprises I had high expectations for what I needed and I got it.

Dr. Strong is the first dentist I have worked with who explains everything in a way that doesn't feel like she's trying to sell me something I don't need and she makes sure I understand what work needs to be done so there's no misunderstandings later on. Dr. Strong and her staff are very friendly and professional. Five stars all around!

My husband and I were on a 5 day stay in Bandon and had gone on a wonderful hike on the Bandon Dunes trails to the beach. We were crossing a small stream when my foot slipped on a log and I stopped my fall with a face plant on a log. My lips were cut and my front teeth were tilting backward into my mouth. I could not close my mouth. Dr. Strong fit me into her busy day, pushed my teeth out so my mouth would close , calmed my fears and sent me on my way. Her staff were lovely kind and supportive. I am eternally grateful. I understand now why the retired dental hygienist who helped us get from the beach to our car said Dr. Strong was the only dentist she would let her family go to.

BIG SMILES happen here! I'm a one year new resident to Oregon and so fortunate to have discovered Dr. Sharen Strong and Team. It all started out with the most comprehensive dental evaluation that I have ever experienced. For me, there were some immediate and preventive issues that were clearly explained for my long term dental health goals. I have now had several procedures, all accomplished with the utmost sensitivity in terms of chair side care and comfort. Combine this with state of the art knowledge and technology.....well, what more can I say....it just does not get any better than this! Thank you Dr. Strong, Claudia and Leana, I could not be happier!

A very good experience, I've been seeing Dr. Strong for many years now, Dr Strong and her staff are very professional, pleasant and her office is very clean and take great measures for protecting you from COVID. Dr. Strong stays up on the latest technology to improve on your needs . I would highly recommend Dr. Strong for any of needs , she can getter done. Dr. Strong had put the smile back on me.
