Horrible STAFF WITH NO CLASS! The staff and Dr Keyes are extremely horrible to the people that come into their office. They treat people like trash and try to get every dime out of your insurance they can with NO regard for the patient!! Your better off going somewhere else! Let's face it, your not going to get very good Drs in east bumble south Jersey but this place cant even treat people right lol!

After our dentist retired, I decided to hook our family into the office of Dr. Shannon Keyes. I had heard of her excellence through word of mouth, but I have seen the excellence first-hand. We have collectively visited 5 times in the last 2 weeks for various issues and that office is run like a well-oiled machine. We are SEEN at our office visit time... Shelly greets you with a smile and makes arrangements via appointments easy, ...insurance information is shared with you on the spot...the hysgenists!!! Well, with a son with dentist anxiety they were fantastic...the equipment is high tech and first class. Each person, including Dr. Keyes, is a professional with personality. Thank you for including the Cooper family into YOUR family. Get ready...my husband is next!

My visit yesterday was like every other visit to Dr. Keyes, very good. The staff was professional and knew their jobs well. We moved down here a few years ago and are extremely satisfied. Heck, I'm planning on coming back until all my teeth leave my skull from old age.

Dr. Keyes is a dentist you can trust !!! Before this Dentist all my experiences weren't always that great and I was overcharged for things that I didn't need. Dr. Keyes is very upfront about what the charge would be and whether it is actually necessary. Gina is the best hygienist I've ever had -- very thorough and my teeth have improved. I mooted three hours away to Pennsylvania but still make the trip back to the wonderful people at Dr. Keyes' office.

I never do this but I was so upset. I have a family of 4 and have all them go to the dentist every 6 months. Not an easy task. I got a call from the office threatening me with collection for a bill I did over look for $39.20. I had an appointment in 7 day and asked if I could pay it off then in full any balance. They told me it would go into collections. I had to pay by the end of the week. I pay my balances off at the end of any appointment. This is crazy. She said my dental plan did not pay for this part. This not the first time. I may have been spoiled by my old dentist who took my payment at the end of year for my family of 4 all balance due one easy check for any thing my plan did not cover. When I came to this office some one told me that the office was harsh with payments. I did try and always make my family pay at the end of appointment. My credit is important and always pay my bills.

I hate getting fillings done but the procedure was relatively painless. They used both a topical numbing agent, and then after that had worked for a few minutes then they injected the local numbing so I felt almost nothing. The office staff has always been nice and accommodating.
