Sasha is the Office Manager and Treatment Plan Coordinator at Ameri Dental Group. She has worked with the doctors since 2012 and has over 20 years experience in the dental field. She also holds a dental X-ray license. Sashas positive energy infuses the office with a warm and welcoming experience for patients.
Licensed oral health professional Shiva Ameri is an RDH registered Dental Hygienist for Ameri Dental Group. As the sister of Dr. Pegah Ameri, they have worked closely together for many years and infuse their family values into the business. Shiva was a Biology major, graduating from Rutgers University. She also holds a second degree in teaching education and taught for 7 years before going back to school for Hygiene.
Since 2010, Maggie Arevalo has worked as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist at Ameri Dental Group under the direct training of Dr. Ameri. She was born in Poland and started her work in the dental field as an assistant at her uncles dental practice before coming to the United States

Great dentist. I am so glad that I was referred to him. He is caring and very knowledgeable with passion and understanding. I have seen many dentists in the past but most other dentists do not have all the expertise required to perform root canals and or dental implants which makes the process much more difficult and time consuming. I would highly recommend Dr. Shahram Lashgari to anyone seeking any type of dental care.

though i liked the dentists in this place, the office manager was deceitful in the way she booked my appointments. one doctor was in network, the other not but she never told me that and when i had work done by the out-of-network doctor and got a horrific bill, she excused herself by saying the office had given me all kinds of discounts. ultimately, even with the discounts i would have been overcharged by a couple hundred dollars. NOT HONEST.

Liars and thieves I was recently there and was told by SASHA (FAKE AND LIAR) that they were in network with my insurance and the doctor performed the work after a few weeks they sent me a bill stating that the insurance didnt cover the full amount and then I spoke to my insurance representative and I was told the reason y I had to pay close to $2000 out of my pocket was because they are out of network and when I went back to talk to SASHA about it she said oh but I was going to give u discounts meanwhile if it was in network doctor i would have been covered at 100% so tell me how was your discount better then that, after I got upset for spending that much money out of my pocket while still paying my insurance every week I was told i was being unprofessional. But lying to people is very professional.. Stay away from this place..
