Dr. Momen completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at West Virginia University and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the School of Dentistry at West Virginia University in 1991. He completed a three-year hospital-based residency at Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh/University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 1994 where he was selected to serve as chief resident from 1993 to 1994.
Dr. Momen has more than 25 years of experience in office- and hospital-based pediatric dentistry. He practiced in Beaver, Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1997 before opening a solo practice in Bridgeport, West Virginia in 1997. He has approximately 4000 active patients and has staff privileges at United Hospital Center where he performs surgical restorations one day each week. Dr. Momen was an affiliate medical staff member at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh from 1994 to 2000 and has been an active member of the medical staff at United Hospital Center since 1997. Dr. Momen is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the West Virginia Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. His leadership positions include one term as vice-president of the Beaver County Dental Society and one term as president of the Harrison County Dental Society. He currently serves on the Alumni Board of Governors for the West Virginia University School of Dentistry and is president of the West Virginia chapter, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Momen lives in Bridgeport with his wife Jennifer and daughter Sarah, who is following in his footsteps as a member of the WVU School of Dentistry Class of 2025. Dr. Momen enjoys traveling, playing golf, and hiking some of the many scenic West Virginia trails
Hey everyone! My name is Dr. Nadia Mardmomen and I am the associate dentist at Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry. I graduated from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in May 2021 and started working for Dr. Momen in July 2021. (Fun fact- Dr. Momen is my uncle!) I was born and raised here in Bridgeport, WV, and currently reside here with my family. I attended WVU for undergrad where I received a Bachelors of Artin Biology with an Honors Thesis in Autism Spectrum Disorder. My favorite hobbies include golfing, attending workout classes, and skiing in the winters. I hope to see you all at our office and I am currently accepting new patients!

My children love it here so glad we chose here as our dentist. Wonderful loving atmosphere!

Hygienist was rude. Office staff was really nice. We haven't met Dr. Momen yet. However, we probably won't be back after the kids get the work done that's needed.

Front end staff and hygienist are extremely kid friendly. Momen however? Very cold, arrogant, dismissive and has no bedside manner. Treated like second class citizens because of our (state) insurance. Passed off twice for treatment. Unless you have private insurance, I would NOT recommend this dentist. I don't know why he accepts patients with state insurance if he won't actually TREAT them. I was given the number to WVU pediatrics, as my daughter and I were being walked out, to make an appointment. No reason, no explanation, nothing. I was confused by this and called while still in the parking lot. I was told that yes Dr momen does do this type of procedure but I was given the number to WVU medicine because "she needs to be seen and treated sooner rather than later"? Which is what I THOUGHT I was doing there! Apparently not. Now I have to wait another month to have ANOTHER consult with WVU medicine, and wait who knows how much longer to actually have my two children treated. Both of which he wouldn't treat. I'm ONE HUNDRED PERCENT sure he won't treat them because they have state insurance. I can't think of any other reason. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Our daughter needed some dental work. She is terrified of the tools and will not hold still in the chair. We have been to 3 other dentist. 1 of which was a pediatric dentist. Dr. Momen and team were excellent and so gentle with her. They were able to get the job done!! I highly recommend taking your child/children to this dentist!
