My roommate had a horrible experience with this provider. When he showed up for his appt, they told him that their equipment was out of order and so they rescheduled his appt. When he returned for the rescheduled appt, they told him that they have to reschedule again due to staffing issues. They could have called earlier and rescheduled the appt again. My roommate had to travel to their office and disrupt and waist his own time just to be informed that they cannot accommodate him again for the second time. This is an issue of poor customer service. Do not patronize a business that doesn't value customers. Fight back. There are plenty of dentist to choose from the area.

Get rid of this crook if you are stuck with him. He drilled out a tooth that needed no work and ruined my bite Jail is where he belongs! I am horrified that he is still allowed to practice

This guy is Serge Prescott just as I'm Queen Elizabeth the second,. Russian immigrant who changed his entire name and works under alias .Obviously had reasons. Former employee of Coastal dental which has terrible reputation on most complaint boards.
