Dr Blank graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology at University of Maryland College Park. He then earned his DDS degree from University of Maryland Dental School. Along with his private practice, he is also the dental director of St. Elizabeth's Nursing and Rehab center and is on staff at St. Agnes Hospital.www.homebounddentures.com. In his spare time, he is studying Ballroom Dance, playing ice hockey and enjoys creative writing.
Dr. Bateson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at University of Maryland Baltimore County. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from University of Maryland Dental School to receive her DDS degree. Dr. Bateson has also completed extended studies in Oral Surgery. In her spare time she enjoys reading, health, nutrition and the environment.
Dr Luu graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of Maryland College Park. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Maryland, School of Dentistry in 2018. Dr. Luu also completed a one year residency at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania as well as served in many Community projects.
Dr. John Smith was born and raised in Minnesota. He received his degree from the University of Minnesota in 1990. He practiced in Minneapolis for ten years. Dr. Smith entered the Master'Degree program in at the University of Minnesota in 2000. Dr Smith enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring the wilderness of the Boundary Waters. He is a talented musician and avid reader.

Beware if you're getting anything other than a cleaning done. Not sure if Dr. Bateson is inexperienced or just doesn't know what she's doing; had a HORRIBLE experience getting a crown replaced. Visited Dr. Bateson for the first time to get my crown in April, 2021. After 6 months of going back for crown adjustments, often going every week, I transferred dentists. My new dentist advised that the crown was ill fitting and needed to be redone. I went back to Dr. Bateson, where she performed TWO attempts at getting me a well fitted crown, each one worst than the last. She finally referred me to a periodontist, stating that she could not get a good impression because I needed a crown lengthening procedure. I went to the periodontist, who flat out told me I didn't need this procedure. After talking with Dr. Bateson, the periodontist agreed to do the surgery because it was the only way that Dr. Bateson said she could get an impression. I went back to my new dentist, paid OUT OF POCKET to get a new crown for the same tooth Dr. Bateson had been working on since April. He was able to get a PERFECT impression on the first try, and my new crown is WONDERFUL. Dr. Bateson would have had me get an oral surgery I didn't need, just because she didn't know what she was doing. The lack of apology, empathy or efficiency was abominable and I would NEVER recommend this dentist. I even made my husband switch and he agrees that our new dentist is 10 times better
