Dr. Sean Kutlay graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. He moved to Los Angeles after graduation and has been working here ever since. Starting his practice predominantly in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, Dr. Kutlay moved further north and has worked in Santa Clarita since 2018. He has taken special interest in cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry, in particular complex rehabilitation for patients who have multiple missing teeth. He believes strongly in maintaining patient comfort and treating patients with respect and dignity. A patient will never be made to feel bad for their health decisions. Dr Kutlay doesnt judge how or why a patient has reached their particular situation, rather commends them for taking the steps to improve their oral health.
Dr. Kutlay continues to stay abreast of the latest developments in his field and uses the most current technology to treat his patients. This includes digital xrays, in office CT scanner, digital imaging and impression and 3D printing. He has two children, a son and daughter, and spends most of his free time being a father. He also enjoys staying active, cooking and spending time with his wife and family.
When you walk into the office, Ill be the first happy face to greet you. If we havent met already, heres a little bit about me. Ive been in the dental profession for 20 years. I am a transplant to this area, originally from Visalia, in the Central Valley of California. I moved here in 2010 with my husband Peter, who is a professional musician and a music educator. I have 3 adult children, Sean, Chloe and Mariah, and two grandsons, Ryden and Wolfgang.
Im a musician as well, playing keyboards and singing in a cover dance band called Higher Ground, so you might catch me performing in Burbank, Calabasas or the surrounding Valley. Im very thankful and proud to be a part of the Kutlay crew and look forward to meeting and welcoming you to our dental family.
Vanessa graduated from Career Care Institute in 2005 for Dental Assisting. She has been highly motivated for the last 16 years and ensures patients and staff alike with her passion for giving the best dental experience and satisfaction. Vanessa has admired the aesthetic look of dental work and strongly feels that before any patient leaves the office they have an understanding of what they are getting done and all of their financial obligations. She has worked in all positions from back to front office duties, including marketing and dental educational seminars.
She knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual, which makes her very experienced in the field of dentistry. She has opened 3 dental offices and managed for over 10 years. Approaching these positions head on made her appreciate the dental community and has been part of the San Fernando Dental Society and Antelope Valley Chambers to help with community events.
I have been in the dental field for over 20 years. I worked 13 years as a Registered Dental Assistant before deciding to pursue dental hygiene. I graduated from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in 2012 with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene. As a dental hygienist I strive to make patients feel at ease while providing the utmost care and giving them an overall pleasant experience. My husband and I have been married for 22 years. We have a son and a daughter. We enjoy camping and concerts in our free time. After 24 years in my previous office, I am fortunate and very happy to have found Dr Kutlay and be a part of his amazing team!
I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. It is a top notch program that I was honored to graduate from. I have been a hygienist for many years and I still love going to work every day. I have been part of this practice since 1994. I worked for Dr. David Tanner for 25 years and now work for Dr Sean Kutlay. I truly feel I have been blessed to practice under such highly skilled dentists. Sean is not only a great dentist, he is just such a good guy. He runs our robust office with a mixture of expertise and fun. You are just going to love our place.

I grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley, and I graduated from Canyon High. I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at National Education Center in 1984. I have since been in Dentistry for 37 years, and I have been a RDA for 36 years. I love the artistic side of dentistry. I enjoy helping people achieve healthy beautiful smiles. I find it very rewarding to help make people want to show off their smile! My hobbies are hiking, traveling, watching football, and tennis. I like walking on the beach.
Jenn has been working in dentistry for over 20 years. She has been happily married for 23 years and has two amazing kids in college. Jenn spends her free time traveling, hiking, obsessing over true crime and petting any four legged creature with fur.
My name is Leticia Calderon. I am a Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Function licensed by the State of California, also known as a restorative assistant. I attended UCLA for the RDAEF2 course, which I completed in 2010. I have more than 28 years of experience in all aspects of dentistry and specialties from general dentistry to oral surgery and oral sedation to IV sedation. I am also a CDA-certified dental assistant instructor. I started my career as a dental assistant at the age of 19. I can proudly say that I enjoy my career and find it very rewarding, and I love making a difference in peoples lives.
My family has always been very supportive throughout my career. I have been married for 27 years and have three beautiful children, 2 sons and 1 daughter. I truly believe that I have been blessed throughout my life. I am excited and very happy to be part of this wonderful dental practice that is devoted to their patients well-being and beautiful smiles.
Mary attended Concorde Career College in North Hollywood for her dental assisting program and immediately became passionate about the dental field, taking on leadership roles among her peers. Shortly after graduating from her program, Mary passed the licensure exam to become a registered dental assistant. She has grown her skills and expanded her knowledge over the years, and remains eager to take advantage of opportunities to become better and better.
Aside from her passion in dentistry, Mary enjoys going to concerts, hanging out with her loved ones, going to the beach, discovering new places to eat and staying active. Mary plans to further her career in the dental field and become a hygienist in the near future. Until then, she is devoted to providing the best possible care for her patients.
Julian is currently studying human biology at California State University, Northridge. In the future, he plans on attending dental school and has an interest in specializing. In his free time, Julian loves going to the gym, attending USC football games and cooking.
Hi! My name is Paige and Ive been a dental assistant for two years. I graduated from Santa Clarita Dental Assisting School at the top of my class and always strive to be the best. I love working in the dental field and aspire to become an Endodontic specialist. I enjoy comforting and conversing with the patients but most of all watching them leave with a confident smile! I love spending my free time outdoors at the beach or snowboarding.
Dr. Sadat went to the prestigious New York University Dental School. Since graduating she has been honing her skills in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and orthodontic treatment. Dr. Sadat makes it a priority to provide her patients high quality dental care with a calm and compassionate nature. She takes the time to listen to her patients needs and concerns and ensures they feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Sadat is a native of Los Angeles. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, traveling and trying out new restaurants.

Dr. Kutlay is the true definition of a provider who truly cares about his patients, regardless of the monetary outcome. I live in Ohio and have been in contact with him for over a year regarding concerns about my teeth. I could not make it to California to get my teeth done by him, but that did not stop him from helping me and answering my questions regarding getting veneers in ohio. He is truly one of the kindest people I have ever talked to and his work speaks for itself. He is a true perfectionist and I hope to one day treat my patients the same way Dr. Kutlay has treated me. He is the gold standard of how doctors should treat their patients and is extremely talented.

I AM BEYOND SATISFIED FROM DR.KUTLAY OFFICE!! I visited his office because i had my mid sent for getting veneers. My first appointment i was very nervous i didnt know what to expect, but let me tell you since the minute i walk into his office i felt welcomed. As my appoitnments went by staff were always very attentive and making me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr.Kutlay always educated me with what was best for my smile and the changes he could make. While the procedure he made sure i was comfortable and always checked if i was doing ohkay during the process. Thank you Paige for assisting Dr.Kutlay you were always so sweet and kind. I found Dr Kutlay on IG, amongst tons of other popular Dentists I searched for and followed for some time now, and after a virtual consultation with him, I knew he was The One! He was very genuine, caring, and listened to my story of why I was on this dental restoration journey. Over these past few months, I've had a series of procedures done to restore my oral health, and through and through, he and his whole team have been so kind, informative, compassionate, and patient. Dr. Sadat, who also worked on my teeth, was just as wonderful. It's a 50-mile drive to the Office for me, or 100-miles round-trip, but it's totally been worth that drive (and the gas! Lol)! Grateful I made the decision to fix my messed up teeth with Dr. Kutlay and his awesome team. I highly recommend!

Dr. Kutlay is a wonderful dentist and his staff are also wonderful! He is genuine, knowledgeable, compassionate, generous, and patient-focused. He really listened to my dental concerns. He took my input about how things were feeling in my mouth very seriously during the treatment. He put me at ease and never once made me feel rushed-- even though I came in for an emergency appointment as a first-time patient. He could see I was suffering and he kindly took care of me. I will be forever grateful-- and a forever patient!

I am so happy with my results. I got my top veneers done last October. I found Dr Kutlay on IG. Not only did I get an amazing deal on my veneers, but I love them so much! They have honestly changed my life and I feel so confident when taking pictures with a BIG SMILE now. The staff is amazing, very friendly! They are very welcoming. Dr. Kutlay always greets you with a smile!! :) I honestly love going there! I will definitely be going back for my bottom veneers. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Kutlay, his team, and Dr. Sadat. I've always wanted to have veneers because my teeth weren't straight and they were small. Dr Kutlay had an Instagram giveaway, I joined and won I was nervous at first but everyone in the office was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Before moving forward with the veneers Dr Kutlay gave me a call and explained to me how the procedure works and what having veneers entail. He was very thorough which made me feel less nervous. The actual process of getting veneers was very easy. They took scans of my teeth, made a temporary and after two weeks the actual veneers were placed. My teeth didn't have to be shaved down so much like I anticipated it would. I didn't know what shade to pick and Dr Sadat was very helpful by recommending a shade and why it would work best for my situation. It also wasn't painful at all. My teeth look so natural that people didn't even realize I had veneers they kept asking if I got my teeth whitened and if I got braces. If you were considering getting veneers this is your sign to go to Dr Kutlay! They also provide payment plans if you were worried about the cost. I will definitely come back to get my bottom teeth done

OMG! I have FOUND my TOOTH-FAIRY god father! I'm having extensive work done and the experience from start to finish was amazing. The team very warm and welcoming and Dr Kutlay is amazing! He communicated with me throughout the whole procedure! I had to have 3 teeth extracted and honestly didn't need any pain meds until the next day just due to the tenderness. My case was a challenge. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! KUDOS to Dr Kutlay and his whole staff!!!

Where do I even start! Dr.Kutlay and his staff is absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, they made me (and my mom) feel so comfortable and welcomed. The staff at Dr.Kutlays office is extremely professional and sweet. I was so nervous to get veneers and Dr.Kutlay eased my mind and made me 100% confident with my choice by walking me through every step of the way and keeping me comfortable. 100% recommend this office to anyone and everyone. I've always been uncomfortable at dentist offices but after going here that has totally changed. They treated me so well at every single visit. After being with Dr Tanner, I was not sure how he was going to be??!!! Dr Kutlay is funny, down to earth , and professionally trustworthy. He always able to say that certain tooth doesn't need filling work but will need observation. He also said how I did not need any more work with my teeth , just maintenance. I would have not made the transition from Tanner to Kutlay if it weren't for DEAR. Lisa. She was there when I began with Tanner til now. When I began, I HATED going to the dentist. She made me comfy...she had me listen to music on headphones, numb me during dental cleaning and deep cleaning.... Now I go there with ease... like family... recommend to Anyone who is ambivalent on choosing the right dentist. They treat you like family.

If I could give them 10 BILLION stars, I would..5 just is not enough! Dr. Sean Kutlay, Dr. Sadat, and the entire staff have completely changed my life. I have always felt insecure in my smile, and I was fortunate enough to be selected as an Instagram contest winner!! I cannot thank this Team of amazing individuals enough for what they have done for me. :) This is the only dentist office I have ever known to give away smile makeovers through social media contests, provide you with warm neck pillows & blankets, and help me in feeling dentist-anxiety free!
