Dr. Scott Kanamori graduated from Creighton University school of Dentistry in 2008 Prior to studying dentistry, he attended University of Hawaii in Oahu, and King Kekualike HS in Maui. He is a member of Maui County Dental Association and currently its president. He is a trustee of the Hawaii Dental association. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He is also member of the Richard V. Tucker gold study club and Terry Tanaka Advanced Prosthetic study club.

Dr. Ted Kanamori graduated from Creighton school of Dentistry in 1975 and has been in practice in Maui for over 30 years. After graduating he was a resident in hospital dentistry for one year at the St. Francis Hospital in Honolulu. As a continuous student of dentistry, he has acheived fellow status with the Academy of Generaly Dentistry (FAGD), the International Congress of Oral Implantologist (FICOI), American College of Dentist (FACD), and Academy of Dentistry International (FADI). He is a mentor for Kois Center in Seattle, Washington and for The Terry Tanaka Prosthetic study club based in San Diego. He is a member of the Richard V. Tucker international gold study club, the American Academy of Gold Foil Operators, the American Equilibration Society, and the Academy of Operative Dentistry.

He is a graduate of ithe Misch Institute in Michigan (implants), and studied at the Panky Institute and the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in Florida. His commitment to excellence will ensure that the patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

Wendy Kanamori is a registered dental hygienist with multitalented skills. She loves her work at the front office and has been trained by the national know practice management consultants like Jennifer de St. George, Linda Miles, and Deb Castillo. She grew up in Pearl City, Oahu, attended Punahou high school, U of Hawaii, and its dental hygiene school. She is the wife of Dr. Ted and mother of Dr. Scott.

Trisha Arakawa is our long time very versatile dental assistant. She was born and raised in Upcountry Maui, attended and graduated from Maui H.S. She had to defer her college dream to give birth and raise her first daughter, Tiera. She was recruited by Wendy and trained by Dr. Ted and blossomed to become an exceptional and skilled technician in dentistry. She is very instrumental in providing excellence in our practice professional and with loving care. She now stepped up to the role in the front desk to manage the business part of our practice and doing so seamlessly.

Diane Oyama our dental hygienist was born and raised in Honolulu. She is a graduate of Kaimuki High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Hawaii. She moved to Maui in 1989 with her family and since has been home for her. We are fortunate to have her in our practice because she is dedicated and enthusiatic in continuing education.

Chelsea Ramos started with our office in 2013 after graduating from the UH Maui College dental assisting program and receiving her Certificate. She was born in Maui and raised in Makawao. She graduated from King Kekaulike HS. Her goal is to become a dental hygienist and committed to the profession of dentistry. We are fortunate to have a caring and loving person that fits well in our practice.

Jhena is our newest addition to our practice at the position of clinical assistant. She is a graduate of Baldwin High School in Wailuku and attended UH Maui for 2 year studying liberal arts. She was first runner up in the Miss Filipina contest representing Maui. She is a great fit in our practice because she is eager to learn and has the compassion and care for others.
