Dr. Smith has been in full time clinical practice since 1993 and in his current King of Prussia location since 1997. He has lectured nationally on subjects including dental implants, perio-pathogenesis, surgical & non-surgical periodontal therapy as well as advanced clinical treatment planning. Dr. Smith is the director of the Valley Forge Dental Forum which was founded to help educate area dentists and hygienists in their pursuit of excellence. Dr. Smith has been featured on the Discover Health Channel for his professional expertise in the eld of implant dentistry and smile esthetics.

I went to Dr Smith for a tooth extraction and implant. To make long story short, the implant was infected, so he had to remove the implant. To make the matter worse, he also damaged the nerve while removing the implant. All these caused me months of pain and agony, as you may know, nerve damages takes a very long time to heal. Then to add insult to injury, he sent me a bill for $2300+ additional payment, after an $1800 out of pocket payment from me and $800+ from my insurance company. So he wanted to charge $4000+ for a failed procedure that caused me months of suffering! After disputing the charges with his office, his office reimbursed me for the out of pocket expenses and wrote off the unpaid balance. It's a small consolation compared to the pain I suffered. My lip is still numb as I write this review, which is 4 months after the failed procedure. I will NOT recommend him to anyone.

Last year I was referred to Dr. Smith for a dental implant. My case required a specialist in this field and I'm thankful my dentist insisted that I see Dr. Smith as he's the best! I encourage anyone that's been told they need any periodontal care or service to call right now and make an appointment. This office is one of the most caring dentist office I've ever been too!! The whole staff makes you feel like family..They did full implants on my mom and did an amazing job..Dr. Scott makes you feel super comfortable and doesn't just rip you apart..

Awesome office personal, comfortable environment. Dr Scott Smith, fantastic dentist, awesome person...I am so grateful for what he did for me as well as the plan moving forward. Put me to ease with my situation, I had full implants done in central America, was great for 5 yrs. No other dentist would even see. Dr Scott jumped right in..game plan spot on. I am lucky and blessed to have found him and his people...Thk you, thk you.

Dr Smith and Maggie his assistant are a great pair. It's not a fun time, however they make it manageable. DR SMITH is experienced and can handle any situation. His office is clean and very professional.

I visited Dr Smith's office this afternoon for an implant consultation. Everyone was so nice. Dr Smith put me right at ease. Will definitely be seeing them soon for my implant

Not recommending Scott smith office for treatments requires more than one appointments. They are very bad at scheduling appointments. They probably schedule 1 appointment yearly and don't expect more than that.

Best place if you need periodontist! Aside from my gum problems - I am going there elusively for ALL my cleanings. I had a terrible experience in previous places but not here! This place makes you feel like you are a part of their family. Always welcoming, wanting the best for you, no judgment...very open and willing to work with you and for you. Highly recommended if you are kind of person that needs to work with not only experts in their field but also want that 'personal touch' . Look no more. I wish them all the best.

Nice, friendly and kind staff the time you walk in the door. Clean and fresh environment. Dr. Smith explain things to you in a way that you understand and treats you with respect. Love this office. Glad I was recommended to this office. Convenient to my home.

I am terrified of dental work. I hate going to do ANYTHING involving my mouth. I have to say Dr. Smith was AMAZING. He was gentle, he was quick, informative and most of all caring. Bed side manner is everything to me and he made me feel like he actually cared. I had a unique situation and Amber made sure to get me in quickly and understood my situation. When I came to the office I told her "I love you" lol...and she said I love you too! they were an amazing group and I was so thankful to have gone there. The office was beautiful and they were willing to work with my financial situation, as im a single mother and my insurance did not cover the procedures I needed. I LOVE this place. No doubt. Thank you to the staff. You were all amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I will continue my treatment here for sure! No joke!

Dr.Smith and his team are the best. He is nice and his office really makes you experience like you're just sitting at Starbucks or anywhere well designed. The people here are all pleasant, but you come here for world class dental care.

My name is Ed Kershner. Just returned from a periodontal cleaning with Rachel at Dr Scott Smith's practice. Rachel remains a consummate professional hygienist! She listens to issues or concerns while offering practical dental solutions. Rachel's cleaning regimen is thorough while minimizing discomfort. Her closure comments suggest behaviors and practices that will be implemented on the home front to continue appropriate dental hygiene. Dr Smith's follow-up , post-cleaning is always thorough. Dr S impresses me as a caring listener whose skill , confidence & expertise are quite apparent.
