During this time frame, four patient safety indicators accounted for 74% of all patient safety events (collapsed lung, hip fracture due to an in-hospital fall, pressure or bed sores and catheter-related bloodstream infections). My daughter had to have a tooth extracted. She an adult but she was still nervous. When they were performing the procedure they had to cut into her gum. She told me she got scared because a lot of blood came out. The doctor and his assistant were so good. Letting her know everything going to be all right. The assistant told her to keep her eye closed until she tells her to open them. They cleaned her up so she wouldn't freak out seeing all the blood. My daughter said they were so nice and made her feel so comfortable and it calm her down. Staff was so wonderful and so nice.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist office for anything. Had a wisdom tooth removal with them 3 months ago, and I'm still upset with how I was treated. They act like they will be kind and understanding, but as soon as they have your money, that goes out the window. Dr. Fimbres has atrocious bed side manners. The last thing I heard when being sedated with the IV was him yelling at me and his assistants. Extremely rude and unprofessional, the only saving grace was the front desk staff, which actually were quite kind. Overall 1/5, dont trust this office.

Havent been here for myself just yet, but from what I can tell the staff are awesome and the office is clean. The surgeon's sound nice, and they're all nothing short of making you comfortable. If your going to get dental surgery with a peace of mind I would give them a shot. Also they do offer to numb or put you to sleep

Clean office and excellent staff. Went out of their way to answer any questions. Most medical offices run through patients like a list, whereas Dr. Fimbres and his staff make sure you feel valued and appreciated. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed by doctor Fimbres and we had some questions the following evening regarding healing. We called the number provided and were connected directly to Dr. Fimbres (after office hours!). He even called back the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly, and never made us feel like a bother. Highly recommend!
