I came in for a minor readjustment and I got a major rearrangement, misaligned, malocclusion, overjet by poor execution. I gave you a one star rating because you discharged me with an ugly smile. 6 mths before treatment ended, I signaled that I was not happy with the result. The last two visits you declined to personally evaluate and sign off instead leaving a tech to take pics that you later based your decision on.. You have repeatedly refused to correct my problem bite. You came highly recommended however i am highly dissatisfied! Highly Dissatisfied Patient! Wait time 55 min with appointment

Dr. Aaron started off good, very convincing. Always came in with a smile and pleasant. After about 4 months he would walk in, talk only to the technician working on your mouth, and walk out. He doesn't greet me (Hi or Bye) and I am a cash patient who pays nearly $100.00 a month since being laid off. He does't make me feel like a valued patient and its very hard to get an appointment. Only Mondays and Thursdays 12:00-2:00pm if you're lucky. He needs to work on his bedside manners.
