Dr. Scott Nolen is a native of Carbondale, Illinois and did his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis and entered a four year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas Texas in 1985. After completion of his specialty training, he became Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Hiran Fernando was born in the Bronx, New York and grew up in Belvidere, Illinois. He attended college at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He then went on to complete dental school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. After dental school, he completed a one year internship/teaching fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Ohio State University. He then completed a four year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Rochester in New York in 2011. After completion of his specialty training, he became Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Mark Travis was born and raised in Denver Colorado, and he did his undergraduate studies at Loyola-Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis and subsequently completed a four year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Washington University Medical School and Barnes Hospital in 1980. After completion of his specialty training,he became Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

The staff was excellent. The nurse, Dr. Nolan, and the receptionist were kind, and made sure my husband was well taken care of. Dr. Nolan even called that night to check up on him. Highly recommend!!

Professional, experienced, kind and caring. Dr. Nolan and staff were wonderful. My experience was 5star and I have a fear of dentistry. They were excellent. I thank them for their knowledge and calming effect on their patients.

By far one of the best experiences I have had. Dr Nolen is patient, informative, timely, and outgoing. He performed my extraction effortlessly. I didn't feel a thing.The staff were really nice as well! If you ever need an oral surgeon, pick Dr Nolen.
