I've been going to Shamblott for many years now. I switched from another provider and have not regretted it since. I have been extremely happy with them as they are very kind, caring, and attentive. Justin is the one who cleans my teeth and not only does he do a good job, he is hilarious to talk to. Dr. Claudia is my dentist and she is just the sweetest woman who does a fantastic job as well. I am only now being compelled to write a review after all these years because they did the most thoughtful thing. I had waited for ~30 minutes my last two appointments and when I mentioned it to them they were sincerely sorry said they would put a note in my chart to ensure it doesn't happen again. On top of that, they also sent me a gift card and a very nice, hand-written apology card. It is the small things like this that really go a long way. I read some of the other ratings and I had a hard time believing it based on my experiences, but I guess even the best businesses can have their off days. Thanks Dr. Claudia for the amazing gesture, it made my day!

There is 1 good dentist here and Dr Elizabeth provides excellent care. But the office staff, hygenists and support staff are THE WORST. Do not expect respect, friendliness or honesty. They know their process and that is IT.

Dr. Shamblott is simply the best dentist I have ever had. The entire office is based around making sure that people who are afraid of or have had previous bad experiences with the dental profession have a place to go. He also uses some of the newest and modern dental and pain free techniques available. I first became aware of his practice because a family member had a terrible fear of dentists because of traumatic and painful childhood experiences with a bad dental practice. The fear was so bad that even days before the appointment the family member would experience fear and panic. After several needed visits and getting back to a healthy smile, the family member now visits Dr. Shamblott for regular care without that paralyzing fear. We have moved our whole family into the practice because of the great care we are receiving. Unlike other dentists we have used he is qualified to do a number of more advanced procedures himself, such as root canals which is what I unfortunately needed (my first one so I opted for nitrous oxide during all the work.) It is nice to know that you don't have to visit some new doctor when you need something more than just a cleaning or cavity filled. They can also do sedation dentistry right in their office. The entire staff makes you feel that they really care about how you feel about the process, and that in order to keep healthy you need to be comfortable and not just wait to see the dentist when you can't stand the pain any longer.

Shamblott is the worst dentist ever. He is cold, uncaring, and made our trip to the dentist a nightmare. Our 2 year old needed her tooth pulled because she had bumped it. The entire visit lasted 4 hours. He put the novacain needle completely through her top lip and then denied it happened. No apology. No consoling our toddler. Our little girl is still deeply traumatized and my husband and I deeply regret believing his false commercials. Please do NOT go see this man ... go see another dentist. He is a SHAM!!

Dr. Shamblott has brought me from an anxiety filled patient whom only went to dentist when an emergency arose to a responsible patient who is taking care of teeth on a maintenance basis. I cannot tell you how grateful i am to have a dentist i can trust and feel safe with. I am also really proud of myself because ignoring or avoiding my dental issues was always a negative nagging thought in the back of my mind weighing on my self esteem. The whole team is exceptional!

getting the X-ray is uncomfortable. But the dental work is definitely pain free. I never had good experiences with dentists. I will be returning for a third time.

Went into his office with a horrible toothache (I had seen him 3-4 times prev) I had no insurance and at the time would not qualify for credit as I had not started my new job yet, after being laid off months before. Dr Shamblot seriously had no interest in providing me with any pain relief by at the min., prescribing antibiotics or doing min work to relieve any pain until I could afford to come back and finish it up. I understand business and didn't expect anything free but, as his daughter advertises on tv "he will get you out of pain" . I left in pain and crying. Luckily I ended up finding out about the U of M Dental School, who btw did a fantastic job. They relieved the pain immediately, allowing me to make several payments,. Top service and would highly recommend going. I know I continue to go to them, even though I now have insurance and cash to pay.

I visited Shamblott in mid November was told I needed emergency extractions and that they would be able to help me that day. I was then sat down and told how much I would have to pay and what my insurance would be covering, Everything went ...
