Dr. Bulloch has been serving Southern Utah since 1994. He was born in St. George but grew up in Salt Lake City and Southern California. He lives here with his wife Stephanie and however many of his children happen to still be at home at the time.
Dr. Bulloch also holds several patents and has developed various techniques to improve the safety, reliability and precision of placement of dental implants as well as providing improved treatment options for difficult cases.
My favorite part of being a the nurse anesthetist here at Precision Implant and Oral Surgery is seeing patients come in that are nervous, and being able to put their mind at ease. When they wake up from their surgery, seeing how happy they are with the procedure already being all finished, and they missed the whole thing.

I had a very good experience with Dr Bulloch! Both he and his staff took the time to explain everything before, during & after my extraction. l was quite nervous & his sweet assistant was especially patient, polite, and accomodating throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend him for any dental needs.

I am SO grateful we have an oral surgeon like Dr. Scott Bullock in St. George, Utah! I can't imagine my oral surgery needs being taken care of better anywhere else in the world! I am confident Dr. Bullock is competent to address the most serious and difficult oral surgery cases. He and his staff at Precision Implant and Oral Surgery are friendly and professional. I appreciate the effort that has been made for my comfort and to make my experience in their office as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend him!

We had the pleasure of being billed $1,200 by Dr Bulloch for 30 seconds of his time spent looking in our four year old's mouth in the emergency room. When we found out our insurance wouldn't cover the bill, we called Dr Bulloch's office to set up a payment plan. We were told we would receive a call back to set up the payment plan, but we never received a call back. Naturally, we were promptly sent to Bonneville Collections, and we never heard from Dr Bulloch's office again. I would advise anyone to choose a different dentist unless you would like to be swindled.

Go elsewhere. This office is difficult to work with. Way overcharged for a procedure, then I tried to get in touch with someone to set up a payment plan, but wasn't ever able to speak to the right person and they sent me to collections with added fees. Not cool

Dr. Bullock is very detailed and professional. His staff are friendly and look like they enjoy what they do. I really like the nurse anesthetist. He was very personable and helped me relax. My only concern was that they did not run on time. I recognize this is sometimes in avoidable due to the nature of his business. It could also be a scheduling problem. If he was on time I would give their office a Five!!!!

Dr. Scott Bulloch, is the cat! He's a true professional and expert. His staff is knowledgeable extremely patient and polite . After any procedure Doc. Bulloch personally calls you at home to make sure you are doing well. Not many doctors do that these days. Dr. Bulloch also doesn't charge for scheduled follow ups or if you have questions or worries that requires an appointment there is no charge and his staff gets you in quickly. If I had to say something that needed if it would be nice if they billed Medicare.

We had a great experience in dealing with Scott and Brett!!. From the initial exams to the final operations and going the extra mile by calling to check on my wife's condition the evening of the surgery!!! everything was very professional.
