After graduating from Enumclaw High school in 1994, Dr. Decker, DMD, attended the University of Washington where he received his Bachelor of Science degree . After graduation, he moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. There he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Following a two year associateship, Dr. Decker moved back to his home town and became the 3rd generation owner of Enumclaw Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Decker has had advanced dental training at the Kois Center in Seattle, the Scottsdale Center for Continuing Dental Education, University of Washington, among others. Dr. Decker enjoys patients of all ages, and doing dentistry of all types. Dr. Decker has a strong belief in embracing current dental technologies that enable the most comfortable dental experience possible.

Amy grew up in Federal Way, WA. She graduated from Renton Technical College as a certified dental assistant in 2000. She assisted until 2015 then joined Dr. Deckers team as part of the front office. Amy enjoys interacting with patients and making sure they have a positive experience for the entire visit.

Amy and her husband Sean live in Enumclaw with their four children Caden, Mackenzie, Halle & twin brother, Hunter. In her down time she enjoys watching her son play select/high school baseball, traveling and spending time with her family.

Erin has been in dentistry since she was 11 years old. Starting out working for her dad, she always knew she would be a hygienist. Graduating from Clarke College dental hygiene in 1996, Erin has worked for a variety of offices. She has been with Dr. Decker since 2007, right after he started his practice here. Erin does both teeth cleanings/education as well as restorative for Dr. Decker.

Monica has been in the dental field since she was a senior in high school. Starting as a sterilization tech for her own childhood dentist. In 2010 she graduated from Renton Technical college as a certified dental assistant. As her passion for dentistry continued to grow, she wanted to further her education and provide more for her patients. She graduated from Seattle Central College in 2020 obtaining a BAS in dental hygiene.

Hi, I am Julie. I am a Hygienist at Dr. Deckers office. I was born and raised in the Buckley/Enumclaw area. I graduated from Yakima Valley Dental Hygiene School in 2015. I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them improve their oral health! If I am not at the office you can find me with my niece and nephews, working on my fitness and quadding!

Lindsay is an Enumclaw native. Lindsay, her parents and her kids all attended Enumclaw schools from elementary to HS. Lindsay attended Renton Technical College in 2000 and completed her Certification in 2001. She has worked in Indian Health and Private Practice and is so excited to be a part of Dr. Deckers team and be able to care for patients in her own community. Lindsay is a mother of two grown girls and two fur babies (a Boston Terrier and French Bulldog). She is married to her HS sweetheart, Nate and lives here in downtown Enumclaw. Lindsay loves Disneyland/world and is often adult coloring and making balloon art sculptures. Some might say juvenile, but she prefers Young at Heart! Lindsay is excited to serve Enumclaws dental needs with Dr. Decker and make our patients feel more comfortable and cared for!

I have been working as a dental assistant for 10 years. I have worked in a busy pediatric office where we made balloon animals for each patient and I've worked in a startup general dentistry office. I got married in 2017 at Maple Valley Church where my husband and I also volunteer weekly as leaders for the high school youth group. My husband has a personal training business and has clients in their teens up to their 80's. We are both very passionate about working out and the gym is where I spend a lot of my time!

Hi! Im Emily. Ive been a dental assistant for 13 years, graduating from Renton Tech. I live in Maple Valley with my boyfriend and our German Shepherd, Sage. In my free time I enjoy watching sports and traveling.

Hi, Im Keely. I was born and raised in Enumclaw. I am a dental assistant, graduating from Pima Medical. I love to improve confidence and happiness in my patients smiles. In my free time, I am usually spending time with my family and friends.
