Dr. Jeff grew up in northern Utah and is thrilled to be working in this beautiful state. Becoming a pediatric dentist has been a lifelong dream of his. He loves dentistry and thinks its pretty awesome he gets to work with kids all day! He loves spending time with his wife Jen and their two children, Amelia and Henry. His family enjoys outdoor activities, all things Disney and trips to Bear Lake. He also loves skiing, fishing, and exploring the beautiful lakes and mountains Utah has to offer. Other hobbies include reading, watching movies and he is a die-hard Jazz fan!
Dr. Jeff completed his Bachelors Degree from Utah State University. Go Aggies! He then went on to earn his DMD at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He furthered his training at a two-year pediatric residency program at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
During residency, he received specialized training and gained extensive experience with traumatic dental injuries, medically complex patients, patients with special health care needs and calming highly anxious children. Dr. Jeff hopes to help educate children and parents about a healthy smile, while making a visit to the dentist a comfortable and positive experience. His goal is to build the trust of you and your child while providing excellent dental care. He cant wait to meet your family!
Believe it or not, children should start going to the dentist as early as the age of one.Starting early withpediatric dental care & prevention is key to healthy teeth for your child throughout his or her life. Teach your children to have daily brushing and flossing habits to prevent cavities and other dental problems. Take your children to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning and check-up.
When it comes time for their dental visit, we never want kids to feel scared. That is why we offer crucial restorative treatments including oral conscious sedation, nitrous oxide, and I.V. sedation through our licensed anesthesiologist. Our facilities in Logan, Farr West and South Ogden are equipped with the necessary resources, experience, and staff to accommodate your childs needs. We serve patients from Logan to Layton. We want your child to feel as comfortable as possiblewith a pediatric dentist they trust.

Schweppe Dental has taken care of my son with special needs for many years. The respect and caring they show their patients is remarkable. I would recommend them to anyone who's child needs special care for their dental needs.

We love the people at Dr. Schweppe's office! Love their new location, very clean and bright. I wish there were a few more fun things to entertain the kids in the waiting area, but of course that's not our first priority when looking for a pediatric dentist. We are always treated very well when we go.

I love Dr. Schweppe and his office staff. I have a special needs child and they work so well with him. They are friendly, fast and accomodating. I can't recommend them enough.

Waste of time and money. They brushed my 2 yr old daughters teeth with a regular tooth brush, looked at them quick and sent us on our way. She gets better cleanings at home with her electric toothbrush from us. We went elsewhere.

I didn't have any problems with dr Schweppe or his office staff at all, until my son needed to get his cavities filled. I was told my son was "working the system". My son was terrified and anxious and the dr didn't do anything to help him feel safe. If he wanted to be a pediatric dentist you would think he would be better with kids I came home with non of his cavities filled and just bawling, so my husband called and explained how we felt about the situation and we will not be going back ever again. It is scary to have some stranger working in your mouth and to brush off a child's emotions as "working the system" is incentive and immature. I am positive that dr schweppe is a wonderful person, but as a pediatric dentist I wouldn't recommend.

Wow where to start, first off we are a military family that has been all over the states from East to west. And this is the first dentist to make not 1 not 2 but 3 of my 4 children CRY!!!!! And they've never cried at the dentist ever and we've been to dentists all over!! This most recent visit was with my (barely) 5 year old daughter and I let them know this was her first time getting work done with using only the laughing gas.....well the first part of the appointment she was doing well and then they switched to the lower half of the mouth and she was getting anxious having the mouth block in her mouth along with the 'raincoat' over her tooth and mouth she was crying and Dr Schweppe literally threatened her that if she didn't stop crying he would make me leave the room!!! Ummmm what?!?! That obviously didn't help her to feel calm and he hurried and finished the work and took all the gadgets off of her and then the hygenist was just as rude, she took the laughing gas that was covering her nose and covered her mouth with it!!! And told her to stop screaming!!!! Wow!!!! Biggest joke of a 'pediatric' dentist ever!!! Dr Schweppe said he refused to do any other work on my daughter unless she was IV sedated!!! Mind you she's never had an issue at the dentist ever!!!! We are canceling all of our upcoming appointments and writing an email/letter recommendation to tricare/United Concordia about removing this office from their In network providers.

My child had their first ever filling done at the Logan office and was pretty nervous. Dr. Schweppe did an amazing job of explaining what was going on and being super upbeat. My child quickly put their nervousness to rest and did amazing!!! Routine cleanings are always a pleasure. They are quick and thorough yet the doctor always takes time to answer all questions. We are so happy with our care there and the staff is always very very friendly!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Schweppe and his friendly staff. Their dental office is very kid friendly. If you're looking for a Pediatric Dentist in the Logan area that you can trust, I'd recommend Dr. Schweppe.
