Not the best attitude up and down. Dr. Hithe doesn't seem to care about you, In a hurry to get you out of the dental chair. I had a problem with my retainer not fitting right when I first got it, she gave me some plastic stick to take my retainer out because it was extremely hard to take it out of my mouth. She never tried to fix the problem. Sent me on my way and said to me here's your expensive souvenir that can't fit me. Call me if you want to buy another one. This is not Bette Briant this is J Mimms

We are about 18 months into my daughters braces. Things have been fine so far but today was an example of fantastic service and care. After her adjustment earlier this week, my daughter started having more pain and rawness on her inner cheek. I emailed last night in hopes of getting the ball rolling before calling this morning and had a response from Dr. Hithe herself at 7 PM telling me to come in the next day and we would be accommodated. I emailed back at 10p letting her know we would be there first thing in the morning and sure enough, they had her in and out with a quick repair of a broken bracket. This could've been really disastrous before a holiday weekend so I appreciate their consideration and professionalism.

I was referred to this office for a consultation, While consulting with Dr. Hithe to decide on a plan of, her attitude came off as very condescending... I was told I would receive a call to take the next steps in my Tx, and I still have not heard anything back.... Quite frankly, I'm not not upset that I didn't hear back..I'd rather spend my money where I feel valued, respected and appreciated as a Patient... I most certainly did not feel that way wit with Dr. Hithe

Great service staff is the best! Dr. Hithe is so professional and will NOT put braces on your kid teeth if they do not need them nor will she put braces on your child if they don't have the proper hygiene practices. She did a great job with my daughter teeth.

Dr. Hithe was amazing!! She really took the time to get to know me and gave me her honest opinion. She makes you feel like family and her staff is wonderful. I am beyond happy with my new smile!

The staff is amazing! I'm new to town and my roommate's dog ate my retainer :( I was able to get into see the Dr. for an x-ray and impressions the same day I called and the whole thing could not have been easier or more affordable :)

I love Dr. Hithe, the staff is very friendly. There is no wait time, you are in and out her office, less than an hour.

Let me start with this discloaure:This is not our regular orthodontist. While on vacation we discovered my daughter had forgotten her rubber bands which she changes after every meal. We called Hithe Orthodontics and they offered us a free bag! The office was clean and comfortable and the front desk was extremely helpful in making sure we has the right size and strength!

Great group of staff and the service they offer is top quality. I always recommend them to my neighbors in mid city.
