We strive to make your visit as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. We offer a coffee bar in the reception area to start off your visit. While you are receiving your dental treatment, we have massage chairs, movies with headphones, pillows, blankets, and sunglasses to use at your convenience. We also provide free WiFi connection throughout the office.

Dr. Sam Mitschke grew up in the Spring/Klein area where he attended Klein Highschool. In the fall of 1996, he began his studies at Texas A&M University. After graduating from Texas A&M Magna Cum Laude with a Biomedical Science degree, he married his high school sweetheart, Rene Kornett. He received his Doctorate of Dental Science from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 2004.
After 8 years of practicing in Lake Jackson, Dr. Mitschke returned home to Spring where he transitioned into the practice of Andy Doerfler. Dr. Mitschke is committed to providing excellence in oral health care and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society. He enjoys providing all facets of dentistry to his patients, with a particular interest in problem solving. In addition, Dr. Mitschke attends various continuing education classes throughout the year to ensure that his patients always receive the highest standard of care.
Aside from practicing dentistry, Dr. Mitschke enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family. Most evenings and weekends are spent on Cub Scout adventures or coaching sports for his two sons.
