Dr Horowitz has saved me from a few real dental emergencies. Appointments are quick and virtually painless, the office is clean, modern, and comfortable, the staff is wonderful, and Doctor Horowitz is just great and does incredible work. Always highly recommend.

My whole life I've "suffered" through various dentists and countless traumatic dental experiences . Until NOW! I was in tons of pain and and desperately needed to have LOTS of work done. However, due to the intense fear I had regarding the pain that I knew I would inevitably be suffering after having dental work done - I kept pushing it off. Finally, I couldn't push it off any longer and went to see Dr. Sam Horowitz at ICGD. In my entire life,I have NEVER had such a positive experience at the dentist. Dr. Horowitz has been calm, understanding and extremely patient with me. He made sure I knew that he would take care of me. Despite my repeated need to be assured that everything was gonna be ok, Dr. Horowitz made it a point to remind me that if I did have an issue -pain or otherwise- he was available and reachable! The office staff are friendly and professional (which is hard to find sometimes), and the nurses are patient, reassuring and caring as well. ANDREA was my nurse on more than one occasion, and not only did she make me feel comfortable about asking a zillion questions, but she calmed me down and assured me that my anxiety was completely normal. Like any true artist, Dr. Horowitz created, crafted & perfected his work over a total of 13 months. He took immense pride in making sure that his completed artwork sparkled and shined like a true masterpiece. How lucky am I that his masterpiece is MY NEW SMILE. I knew this would be a long and painful road but Dr. Horowitz promised that I would be happy with my new smile at the end and my expectations have been wildly exceeded! I'm truly grateful to Dr. Horowitz and his entire team. BOTTOM LINE: This place gets FIVE STARS!!! It gets an A+++ RATING!!! MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!

This doctor is really impressive. Cindy is the best, detailed, and great hygienist and the administrative assistant Yocheved is super good!

I am a physician and know quality care when I see it or feel it. My personal schedule esp during COVID is extremely erratic. While I make his staff crazy with need for appts and having to cancel, they are very accommodating and patient with me. I cannot tell you the myriad of "miracles" Dr. Horowitz has performed in my mouth. He recently needed to pull my front incisor and placed an implant the same day. I was facing a gap in my mouth for 3+ months which would have been a personal & professional calamity. Dr Horowitz loaded the implant with my old crown THE SAME DAY!!! It was a resounding success. I told him it was almost the best work he ever performed it were not for the various root canals he has performed. He has taken me out of pain and I could not recommend him any higher. Dr. H has the lightest touch, is meticulous about the quality and exactness of his work. and is attentive to the smallest detail. Not only that, but his staff (both front office as well as dental assistants) is the best!. All around unequivocal 5 star rating!

Dr. Rosenbaum was very meticulous about his work, and wasn't satisfied with what the lab produced until it was perfect. At the same time, he was very careful to try to avert the cost of a root canal (the more obvious choice) by spending more time working with the structure of what is still good in my mouth. So between the good work and the concern about my pocketbook - I am recommending Dr. Rosenbaum 100%.
