Saliva is one of your body's natural defenses against plaque because it acts to rinse your mouth of cavity-causing bacteria and other harmful materials. Dry mouth (also called Xerostomia) is a fairly common condition that is caused by diminished saliva production. People with medical conditions, such as an eating disorder or diabetes, are often plagued by dry mouth. Eating foods such as garlic, tobacco use, and some kinds of medications, including treatments such as cancer therapy can diminish the body's production of saliva, leading to dry mouth. Other causes are related to aging (including rheumatoid arthritis), and compromised immune systems.
Some of the less alarming results of dry mouth include bad breath. But dry mouth can lead to more serious problems, including burning tongue syndrome, a painful condition caused by lack of moisture on the tongue.
If you don't have a medical condition that causes it, dry mouth can be minimized by sipping water regularly, chewing gum and avoiding smoking. Of course, there is no substitute for regular checkups and good oral hygiene.

Extremely rude customer service. I called to make an appointment after calling my insurance to make sure they accepted it. The lady proceeded to yell & state they did not accept my insurance after I had confirmed with them directly. Regardless of the insurance that is no way to answer to any person, especially if you are supposed to be providing good customer service.

I been going to Dr. g I call him since I was 12 and I'm soon to be 32. He have been one of the best dentist I have ever known. Some people may get bugged out by his personality and his self rants, but that's what makes him different cause regardless he stays foucused on your dental situation. The staff watched me grow up until this day. He has never switched up his staff that's loyalty and dedication a team I understand there is new technology on dental equipment but before all that it was old school dentalist like him had to learn the hard way just to hold them diplomas so don't judge an old soul with great dental work for a misunderstanding check him out.

this was from back in 2013 but I believe it's still relevant to me . When I was 14 , I went in for a cleaning and he ended up taking out an adult tooth , told me it was a baby tooth & a new tooth would come back by the time I was 17.& I went to another dentist to confirm this (xrays) now I'm 19 turning 20 in a month , and have a gap in my mouth . It had me uncomfortable (eating, brushing ) for a few years but I've adjusted to my new mouth .
