IF anyone has Insurance please check with you insurance first before paying on treatment with this Dentist they chanrged me over $3500 upfront and come to find out I needed to replace my partial cuz it broke and they charged me another 2000 to replace it. Then they billed my insurance and got paid again. I recv';d my EOB and my share after inurance would of only been $448, They are crooked dental office and the billing lady Luc should be turned in for what she is doing to patients and insurance!

Both dentists and the assistants were extremely nice to me and made small talk that made me feel welcomed. They occasionally checked up on me to see of I was in any pain or experiencing discomfort. Recieved a goody bag with tooth paste too!

Dr. Ali, I am still upset with the service you provided me a few years ago. I will never forget how you disrespected my mom and I. You and the receptionist. Thankfully I went to a new dentist today and I wasn't surprised to hear that the work you did on me wasn't done properly. I recommend going to Whittier Dental Clinic on Telegraph.

Beware! stay away don't even get your teeth cleaned If you value your teeth. They will chip and destroy your teeth, I had to keep going back to fix it until it got worse. They were rude claiming it was originally damaged and that I need to go somewhere else for being picky about my front teeth!! .. absolutely no integrity. I was originally going to dr. Rosenberg for years, until he retired from that location, they took over the clientele.. I can't even have my full records back and refused to take professional photos of the mess done to my mouth! They are supposed to restore it to the original. They asked me not to go to the office anymore and find someone else inspite the pain I had and the four-hour wait then refused to finish taking photos of the current teeth, they wanted me to leave or return the week after to keep dragging. They then ignored the bill the next day to cover the restoration at a different facility, the doctor calls a few weeks after wondering why I was trying to reach her! when I asked her to pay the bill she yelled and simply hung up. That was a terrifying stressful experience imagine you going for a cleaning to end up with all that pain and damage mind you dealing with their indifference and rudeness each time to make your way through to the appointment .. I'm amazed how such facilities can get away with such practices.the worst thing is what I ended up with! Make sure if they've done damages to your teeth to file with the dental board the more individual sign up they will consider that as a malpractice facility.

An mazing doctor with tough love tendencies, she will get your teeth fixed, and will tell you what will really happen to you if you don't do what she tells you to do. If your a softie I wouldn't recommend this doctor to you, and if you don't take care of your teeth all your life and expect the doctor to fix all your teeth for 1K then don't even bother coming in. Over all she is straight up honest and straight forward. If you don't like honesty then don't waste her time.

Same as the review below me, 0 starts. I came in here with beautiful teeth and I was just coming to use my new PPO plan my job gave me, just a check up. Boy they told me my teeth were going to fall out and they scared me and juiced me out of 4k. I went to another dentist referred by a friend and they told me yup you got scammed.

This was the best experience I ever had with a dentist. I haven't been to one in 16 years. I had to go in because I was in terrible pain, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, and had to take 2 days of sick leave from work because I couldn't think straight! I decided to come here and when I say that Dr. Ali worked a miracle is an understatement. She helped with my pain but also convinced me to start taking better care of my teeth and start a treatment plan with her. It's been a couple months now and my friends and family come here too !! This place is the best you will get!

This office is all about the $$ ! Went for my yearly exam next thing I know the doctor comments on things she shouldn't talk about with patients. Not professional ! Wants to do all this work that's not necessary. Milking the insurance companies for procedures the patient doesn't need ! Please don't go there. Bad medicine !!!

This office deserves zero stars. Stay away from this place. My best recommendation is that if major work needs to be done to you, seek more opinions, not a second but a third opinion. Avoid headaches in the future, do your homework and do a research on Dr. Ali's terrible work before stating treatment.
