Dr. Sam Oh is racist person, rude. No professional ethics. Needs to learn empathy for people.

I hesitate to write this review, as the office staff and hygienists were always kind and wonderful, but I feel obligated to share my caution. We have limited options with our insurance plan and saw Dr Oh every six months for several years. We were always told our teeth were great and there were zero concerns or places to monitor. A couple months after my cleaning I felt something rough on a tooth and could see a cavity in my mouth. I went in and it was filled. The doctor brushed of the reason, it just happens sometimes. After this I had concerns and was reassigned to a new dentist. The new dentist diagnosed a need for 12 fillings, a root canal, and associated peri surgery. I was shocked and sought a second opinion. The other dentist agreed with the root canal and the majority of the other fillings. A few were a matter of opinion as to whether to monitor or fill, but most she saw as necessary also. As to how this happened. I do not know. I was told that perhaps the xray imaging at Do Oh's is less modern, causing this to be missed or perhaps it was a practice to wait until there was need for more involved procedures instead of doing smaller fillings. This is unscrupulous, but apparently sometimes happens. I am floored that one of my teeth was let to go and now is a loss, requiring several appointments and invasive procedures. As nice as the ladies are, avoid this clinic.

WORST DENTIST EVER. I don't think he's a real dentist. I had to go to a new dentist after a root canal from him and the new dentist said they had to fix other bad dental work from him, other than mine before. He doesn't listen and doesn't seem to care what your tooth problem is.

Worst dentist I have ever been to. I worked in a dental office as an assistant and am very comfortable in the dental chair. The front desk lady is extremely pushy and rude. Dr. Oh has no chair side manner and doesn't listen to anything you have to say. I asked twice, at two different appointments to have my Invisalign buttons removed from my teeth and that never happened. The cleanings were the worst and most painful ever, and I have a very high pain tolerance as well, and at the old dentist office that I worked with would often get several cleanings in a year. Avoid this office.
