Been in the lobby with my 3 year old for an hour while they took in other patients who had appointments later than my baby...totally terrible

Nice and friendly staff and doctor. Helped me to be comfortable when my Anxiety was high and I was scared. They would have gotten five stars but during the treatment process it took really long.

Ive been trying to call since exactly 9am over 20 times now and no answer! Im tring to find out what time my apt. Is today because im coming from victorville. They havent returned my voicemail and they have yet to answer and its now 10:21am. Other dentist facilities usually call/text a day before to verify if you can still make it to your apt. and simply to remind you of the date and time the following day!

I've been going here since I was 8 , personally they have the BEST costumer service , they've always made sure I was okay through the process, they made sure it was numb & always gave me a toy out the chest box when I was smaller . I'm now 17 & still will choose this dentist office over any other . I love them so much !! They are sweet & gentle & overall just the best people . They are funny & always make you feel comfortable ! I highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING service. Very patience and kind staff, the doctor is very knowledgeable and he KNOWS what's best. I have accomplished more with my ortho treatment after a couple of months than I accomplished in a year with another dentist. Looking for ortho treatment? Look no more!!!

Staff are not professional, they over charge, I had deep cleaning with them 7th May 2021 and they did a half fast job. customer service Zero, bedside manner big fat Zero, the only thing they care is money. Fort Irwin Military family please please do not waste your or your family's time with this dental office. I do not recommend it.

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Salman Dental & Orthodontics (in the Stater Bros. parking lot), much better than the dentist by the courthouse. They did appointments and walk-ins today, I was seen after 1 hour. The lobby is nice, which made me think I would be paying an arm and a leg because I don't have dental insurance. I was wrong, they made me aware of all costs beforehand and were super friendly despite being busy today. I spent 100$ to be seen with an X-ray. Initially they thought my cause of my pain was due to wisdom teeth, but after listening to me voice concerns of infection they called the doctor to evaluate me. Turned out I needed antibiotics! They prescribed me medication, scheduled me for extractions and sent me on my way. Signed in at 9:40am and left at 11am. What I thought would be an all-day expensive nightmare turned out to be a breeze! More than anything I'm happy to be going to a place that listens to their patients.

I have waited over 2 and 1/2 months for a set of upper dentures and have not heard anything despite my numerous calls and promises of quick service. I have fully paid for my dentures and have not heard a single word from the dentist office as to their whereabouts constantly get the term I'll call the lab but it never seems to happen as I never notified of the results totally dissatisfied.

To me, a good dentist is better than a brain surgeon. Because if you take care of your teeth, there is a very small chance you'll ever need a brain surgeon. And to me, Dr Salman is a great doctor. His office is clean, and his staff is friendly. I Highly recommend them.

I have never been here but I love the way I was referred to you by several ppl and how I hear how amazing you are. I do want to become a new patient for you and I would love to come in ASAP I need work on my mouth plus braces . I need an appointment NOW!!! I had the best experience when I walked in I emeditlly felt very comfortable and confident with Dr salmon. Just wishing I would have found them sooner I could have saved my teeth from my first root canal

I wish I could give it 0 stars but when I arrived they started grabbing me and throwing me on the ground and when I tried to run away the owner hit me with a car and broke all my teeth so I do not recommend also the salmon tasted like dandruff

I had never been here but referred by someone, I had been waiting in the office for about 20 mins while workers are sitting there, walking back an forth an never ask if I needed help. If they were on a lunch break they should keep the doors lock till they resume work. Even the lady sitting right there an she could see me never ask if I need help. An all I need some paperwork to fill out for my kids before there appointment.

I have been going here for 4 years. I absolutely love him and the staff. Office is very clean and organized. My kids even love going to him which is a plus in my book!!!!
