I enjoy performing all aspects of dentistry, from general dentistry to the more complex reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. I feel the biggest impact I can make in a patients life is to empower them to take control of their daily oral health habits. With current technology such as Cerec Single visit crowns and 3D X-rays, Laser cavity detection, invisalign clear aligners, implants, implant over dentures and much much more, we can virtually turn back the clock and make that smile appear years younger. Quality oral wellness has a tremendous impact on a persons quality of life at every age, and I feel so proud to be able to give this to my patients.
My education has given me the knowledge base and training necessary to provide top quality care to my patients. I have practiced dentistry since 2000, Dentistry offers many challenges requiring different skills, from technical knowledge, analysis, and physical skills to management and being a team player. To keep up with the ever-changing world of dentistry, I continue my education through classes and seminars and fellowships. Since graduating I have participated in two fellowships; I hold fellowship status with the prestigious International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of Gp Orthodontics. This helps me to stay up-to-date with the latest changes in dentistry, allows for a wider range of services to be offered, and improves the level of care that can be provided for our patients.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, baking bread and pickling. I love watching youtube home cooks and following their recipes. Cooking is calming, I love the process and knowing that my hard work and efforts will be appreciated by my wife and 3 children. I also enjoy staying active by running and playing soccer with my kids.

I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. I moved to Minnesota in 2009. I have my Bachelors degree in Biology from the City College of New York, and my Dental Hygiene Degree from Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN. I have practiced as a dental hygienist since 2012. Coming from a family of medical and science professionals inspired me to pursue my chosen profession. I am passionate about what I do and enjoy keeping up on the latest research in my field through reading and continuing education opportunities. I participate in several study clubs in my profession. I see the mouth as the entryway to the body and I truly believe in a mouth-gut relationship. I strive to introduce my patients to more natural yet effective products on the market. My patients are my family, friends and students ( I love to teach). Outside of work, I have been married for 15 years and I have 3 children. I especially enjoy all things Harry Potter related, Body Pump and Latin HipHop workouts. I have been working in the dental field for thirteen years. Ten of those years have been at Mounds View Family Dental. My job is to help our patients understand their financial responsibilities with their dental care. I love using my vast knowledge of dental procedures, dental insurance and dental financing options to assist patients. Working in the front office of our dental practice brings me joy as I interact with patients, sharing stories with them and getting to know them on a personal level. I personally treat every patient like a guest in my home.I Take great pride in being able to help the Hispanic community understand treatment plans and financials as I speak Spanish fluently. When I am at home my favorite pastime is spending quality time with my family. I have a two year old daughter who has brought great joy into my life.
