Everyone in this office is amazing. From scheduling and insurance verification to the tech and doctor. I hate going to the dentist but this office makes the experience as good as going to the dentist can be.

The team at Lakeside Family Dentistry went above and beyond. My husband and I were new patients to the practice - from scheduling on the online system, to check in, to seeing the doctor and assistant things went smoothly with no problems. The receptionist and Brittney were so friendly and inviting! Brittney ensured I was comfortable the entire appointment. She is AMAZING and an asset to the team! Dr Song took time to explain her actions and checked in throughout the cleaning to ensure there was limited discomfort. You can tell she and her team truly care about their patients. Dr. Song took time to ask if I had questions and listened to my concerns. We are so happy we picked this dental office, they were 10/10.

This place is wonderful! The front desk assistant helped me out with my insurance issue, and made sure I was in network with them. The dentist took care of my daughter, and was very informative about what she was doing and made sure the insurance covered the preventative care! Her staff was very kind and helpful. I'm excited to make my own appointment!!

Dr. Song was amazing from the first till last day! 5 sessions and she has been very patient in all of them, trying to calm me down and advise about every step performed, keeping the calm in every step of a complex process... Very satisfied with all the process and service given! Thanks a lot!!!

Chipped my tooth on the way to the gym on a Thursday... Was pretty upset about it so I decided to go straight to the dentist. Walked in, told them what happened and was in a chair getting x-rays in less than 15 minutes. From there, they were able to replace the chipped section with a filling. Now I'm good as new and the best part, it only cost me $80 (without insurance coverage). All in all, I give them a 12 out of 10.

Truly a family practice. Very friendly and warm staff. Dr. Song is the most thorough and skilled dentist I have ever seen. Cost conscious, billing team made an real effort to manage cost and I left today with 0 out of pocket. Unheard of! Thank you Lakeside team!
