The doctor gave me a root canal without my permission. She contacted my insurance to give me a crown that was refused by the insurance, she then insisted to contact them once again to give me a root canal that I did not need. I showed up to my appointment to have a cavity done, middle of her working on the tooth she then informed me that the cavity is too deep and HAS to give me a root canal. Every time I would come in she would do many cavities at once without being informed and would give me many anesthesia syringes that would physically make me sick and confused after I left the office. She would confuse my dental work with my sister and would give us many calls during the day about our missed appointments. Prior to the root canal, I had gotten a new pair of retainers. I went back to her office to have this resolved because they ended up not fitting. She took my retainers in a different room and shaved them off without my permission. This caused my teeth to shift and give me headaches. She Horrible service! All the reviews on here must be given by her family/friends member not her patients.

Dr Sarkissian made a visual exam of my xray and gave me a diagnostic about an infection that 2 other places could not make. One was my usual dental office and another place even asked for a $350 scan. I would highly recommend Dr Sarkissian because of her expertise and honest work.

Simply the Best. No other dentist takes so much pride in perfecting her work. Dr. Ruzan Sarkissian will fight for you to preserve/restore every tooth.

I have never seen more honest dentist than Dr. Ruzan. I had terrible experience with other doctors especially with HMO insurance. They tell you, you need deep cleaning when you don't , they tell you have two cavities, when you don't but Dr. Ruzan is never money hungry. She tells you the truth and very honest to her work and others. She is a blessing.
