Ok let me first star out by saying this place is amazing just amazing I suffer from anxiety very badly and going to the dentist isn't fun for me but the layed back feel and the great staff and wonderfull dentist it wasn't a issue Now for the work that I had done there was no pain he is very on point and I am very imbarest by my teeth and instead of telling me how and why I need to talk care of the rest we made another consult appointment to talk about what we can do for the rest so there was no pushing a plan on me so if you need anything tooth related this is the place to go really go once and you will go all the time

Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist!! The dental hygienist was excellent! friendly, professional. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. Dr. Haik was wonderful! Very down to earth and great bedside manners. I highly recommend this office.

The best office in Farmington Hills! Dr. Francis and his staff are wonderful. This transition appears to be going very look. They are thorough and have great detail to attention. I feel very safe here.

Living a life in fear of the dentist can be really draining. Needed work but putting it off. I had an extremely painful tooth ache on sat evening into Sunday called every "24hr dentist" # I could find and out of 10-12 only ONE returned my messages, the dentist was patient & listened to my problem then calling me in a script to numb the pain till I could be seen on that Monday. Came in and had my tooth pulled. The entire office was so kind and accommodating I was so impressed. Most importantly for me they were understanding and took the time to listen to me rambling on about my fears and assured me I'm not the only person out here that feels that way. They worked with me financially where I really needed help also. So, starting off crying from pain.... im leaving in tears, not because it hurts but I'm so HAPPY I've found my new dentist office!!!!!

First time as a patient, would highly recommend them!! Very friendly, upbeat and easy to talk to. Explained everything as we went and even showed me visually of why and what needed to be done. Never rushed and took their time.

This is exactly why I rated you one star. Your office is struggling with the transfer from Dr Hodges. No one seems to know what's going on. Highly unprofessional

The clinic personnel and the Doctor are very professional, friendly and empathetic. When I call in panic (broken tooth), the doctor was able to take care of me immediately.

I was given a great experience. The dental assistant explained everything in detail and gave options for further visits. Dr. Haik is well mannered and he knows how to take care of his patients. Everyone is helpful and happy to have you in as a patient.

I am so impressed by Dr. Francis Haik and the whole dental staff. They really are wonderful. I like that they are kind and easy to talk to. Francis has a heart of gold and I have referred him to family and friends.

Dr. Francis and staff (Kristy and Lavella) are amazing at what they do. They came highly recommended by several family members. They do honest business and treat patient needs with good care and attention to detail. The work is definitely high quality and the best in Farmington Hills/Farmington area.
