Highly recommed this awesome team! Our first visit was very informative. On the day of the extractions they took their time and made sure I was relaxed before they started. To our surprise, Dr. Kiser himself called to follow up on me. This is a doctor that loves what he does and cares about his patients. If you don't like waiting in doctors lobbies for hours with out end then this is definitely the place for you. Fast and well organized team. They produce high quality results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kisers since 2017. I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time so my husband and I decided to go there. I have good insurance so I never had any problems paying. He did want me to take my wisdom teeth out and when I declined they did have to check with him if they would continue to see me. He agreed. We did recently decide to go to another dentist because for several months they have been without a dental hygienist. I asked when there would be one and they answered "we really aren't sure". I barely spoke with Dr. Kiser for the 5 years I've been a patient but one thing I can say is that every-time I went I had a different dental hygienist. Their turn over rates for hygienists are very high, I imagine they must not be happy working there. I personally never felt very comfortable at their office. But that's just a matter of opinion. As I did recently leave as a patient I was able to see all that they have charged me over the years and I did notice that my insurance was charged for a new patient visit and a cleaning the same day but that didn't happen. That seems a little shady. All and all I feel more comfortable at my new dentist. Edit: I think what is most telling is the response Dr kiser sends to these reviews. I think Google reviews are a way for you to express your opinion. He seems to take offense to not everyone liking him or his services. For clarification I was never told "no" at this office. I'm not even sure what that means. I do not have an outstanding bill with him. I also can count 5 dental hygienists I have had in 5 years. I do know what the office told me when I inquired about when they would have a dental hygienist and the front office person clearly stated. "I don't know". And honestly i do not think he would recognize me if I passed him on the street. I wish him well too. What's nice about having good insurance is you can be selective with your care. Considering I work in the health care system I know that sometimes you don't click with patients and how nice to have the freedom to choose where you would like to take your business. Humility doesn't seem to be dr kisers strong point :)

Well this guy is a waste of time! I needed a chipped tooth fixed....he actually had the nerve as a Dentist to ask me why it even bothered me. Why? Because he wants to do the big money stuff. They start with an exam, x-rays, discussion of medical issues the first visit...ok...good with that. The second visit doesn't fix anything, they want more x-rays, more discussion as to what you will have them do that runs in to big $$$$$. This guy is all about the big bucks. Basically he's sizing you up for how much money he can make off of you, are you worth his time. Stay away unless of course you are made of money and will do what ever they say you should do. I was not a good fit for this guy at all!!

The day of my daughters wedding I broke my tooth and Dr Kiser fixed my tooth to perfection in under 3 hours as a new patient. I had not previously been a patient. The staff were so accommodating. I highly recommend this practice.

First... I really enjoyed Little Shop of Horrors as a child... It perhaps may color my review and my general opinion of those in the dental care industry. Second... I generally don't enjoy... dentist... the white jackets... the waiting rooms... the spitting... and I'm inclined to go so far as to say the fish in the fish tanks rub me the wrong way as well. Having said all that... Kiser... not so bad... I can see going here until I no longer have teeth thereby allowing me to not have to worry about dental care thereafter.

Dr.Kiser met with me about a month ago for a brief consultation. I could tell he was really busy, coming to see me between surgeries. Despite that, Dr.Kiser gave me an honest assessment on best steps. I needed a few extractions plain and simple. It was jarring but not surprising. I appreciated his candor. About a month later i do the surgery (10/6/22) and to be honest i was sweating and anxious the entire time. Dr.Kiser and his wonderful nurse made me feel extremely at ease. I got the iv. Im talking to the nurse. Next thing i know theyre walking me to my car! If you suffer from extreme anxiety revolving around anything dentist related then Dr.Kiser is your man. Ill update this review when im not as loopy. Thank you so much Dr.Kiser!!

Never fall for this guy's unprofessional act, he's the worst. I had some work done in 2021 and so many things went wrong it's still being investigated. Furthermore, it was confirmed by another dentist and I had it repaired. His staff are confused, nervous and liars. E.G., the ladies that run the front desk are clueless on insurance and gave me several different payments. I paid all of them except the final $859, because he never put the crowns in. I had another dentist re-do his work and place the crowns in late August 2021.

Amazing dr who takes care of his patients. Dr is always on call to take care of concerns that may arise. The best implant specialist not just in this area but nationwide. Happy with the work that was done and looking forward to ongoing appointments here

I have been going to Dr. Kiser for the past several months and I have had a very experience with his office. Dr.kiser is a very kind and caring man who cares for his patients way above any other Dentit I have ever been to. I would recommend Dr. Kiser and his office to anyone looking for a family dentist. I had taken out another loan to pay the remaining balance on my account and was told that all was good. I went for an appointment and was going to set up the next one when I was told that I owed a couple thousand dollars more. I refuse to pay that amount and finally got the amount down to 450.50 and then covid hit and was told that my needs were not fitting the covid protocol so I would have to wait. After over a year I had to go back in and have a full review once again, costing more money and the amount went to almost 800.and I told them to just send me my money that I have on credit. This was in January 2022 and I am still waiting for my money. 3 months and still no check or anything. In my opinion as long as you are paying without question then all is well, but when you're almost done paying then you have problems. Good luck.

I had Two root canals / Surgery went well . I believe the people that work there are more about the money then the pain ur going through, not real friendly .You have to pay up front ur patient responsible part is. Which I understood even though it was a lot of money to come up with . But a month or two later after procedure I received bill to pay a lot more money because the plan were on didn't pay what he expected . Awful !!!

Would not recommend. He said sedation was mandatory for a root canal to make an extra $400. Wouldn't let me go with just local anesthetic. He also wanted a crown on another tooth and to do another 4 fillings. Second opinions from TWO other area professionals determined that was not necessary at all. I didn't even hint at Dr. Kisers name and they already knew who I was talking about, that's a huge red flag if other professionals knew who I referred to with no prior knowledge that I was talking about Dr. Kiser. This confirmed my suspicions about him. I'm not here to smear this man, this is exactly what google reviews are for. In fact the ladies at the office were nice and the hygenist who took care of me was the best I've ever had, hands down! However, I had a bad feeling about him and just would like to warn others to be extra cautious about coming here. Maybe he does great work, I wouldn't know and don't care to find out. But maybe the 40 plus mainly useless certificates in his reception area mean he's more concerned about his image than my dental health and letting his work speak for itself. Or compensating for inferior work. Again, not a smear.. Just an honest review from an educated consumer. It seems to me that anyone who constantly mentions how many "thousands" of patients he has pleased wouldn't have to mention that because his work speaks for itself. As I said, other area professionals seem to know about him all too well, use caution when going to him I would say.

My first appointment was due to an emergency I had and a friend recommended that I go to his office. I was a little hesitant due to the bad reviews, but I had no other choice but to give it a try: I am glad I went because he was very accommodating to my emergency that I ended up scheduling my next regular appointment with him to discuss some cosmetic work I wanted done. He is well knowledgeable and doesn't make me feel "awkward" when I ask too many questions. He really knows how to explain things well and gives options to his patients. I will definitely be returning.

This is the first office I've ever been to and actually felt comfortable. The front desk is kind. Ashlee took time to explain my insurance. Brandy was patient with x-rays. Dr. Kiser actually sat down with me and a Dental Assistant to make sure I realized the seriousness, but that there is hope. The on staff nurse, Miranda, calmed me while I was getting ready for my procedure. I will be forever grateful.
